It's Gears so if course it's good. Payed an insanely low price while on sale. Adds some open world elements to the classic gears gameplay. Oh and the graphics are insane on the series x.

I have been playing the gears series since the beginning I love the story I always get it day one but this time I had to wait until black Friday. This is my 1st time going in solo with only the A.I to help but I'm still enjoying it great game

Got this gem for $4.99 at Bestbuy.com. I know it's free on XBOX Game pass but I'm old school and love to have the case and disk. Only had a few moments to play based on my busy schedule but overall great game.

This Gears is definitely the best gears they have made. It’s better than my mother grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. It’s better than hot beef farts with the car windows rolled up and the heat on. Get it.

I've only played a couple of online matches because I'm having so much fun playing the campaign. For me, Gears needs both a strong campaign and a strong multiplayer, and so far, it's succeeding. For $10 this game is a steal!

This is more of the same Gears for better or worse. The visuals are fantastic and the gameplay is what you expect from a Gears game. I don't feel like the open world areas added anything to this game. The series is starting to feel stale and could use a refresh. I recommend this if you get it on sale for cheap or play it on Game Pass.

If you like the Gears franchise you’ll definitely like this 5th installment. Very impressive with how far it’s gone

GOW franchise has always put out great games. This one is just OK. Horde features and characters were changed months after game’s release making players very unhappy. Horde experience is often glitchy - npc’s freezing and getting kicked out of game after 40+ levels. You will get a great game playing experience, but previous Gears were better.

Really good price and game gears 5 is the best game

This game was the main reason I bought an Xbox one. I saw the commercial for it and instantly wanted to play it. After speaking with friends about the series in general I’m going to the beginning. I will update once I’ve played it some.

Another great gears game. Doesn’t reinvent the wheel, which gears doesn’t need but adds a little rpg elements with the weapons and a little open world areas. Overall loved the game as well as story.

My favorite Gears of War game. I grew-up with the entire series. I think Gears 5 looks gorgeous on the Series X

Really enjoy the gears of war franchise. Game has excellent graphics and gameplay is fun, especially being able to play campaign with someone else locally or online.

This is a Kool game. I’m a big fan of the Franchise. I still think Gears 3 was the best of them all, but I really enjoyed this one because of how different it was. It’s a Must have if you are a Gears Fan.

I purchased this game during 2020 Thanksgiving week for $4.99 before taxes. I would recommend to buy this game brand new because the downloadable content (DLC) code is on a voucher. It is quite a bargain.

The game was visually stunning and its a great entry into the series. It's worth getting the game at a discount though since many other prefer the original trilogy. Other than that it's worth your time.
