I did not like very much, i prefer to play military mission games such as Medal of Honor, but the disk is in a good shape, I did not have any problem when I wanted to play it.

Another good game that the kids picked up they just wanted to know the game is today collection

The Gears of War 3 is very thrilled! I think I love to play it.

campaign: Its finally here..and it was so worth the wait. What a lot of people will find with this installment is how well it controls and how fun and replayable it is due to the better level. What most fans are gonna see, is how the story actually gets somewhere and is pretty much completely awesome, how the characters are wayy better handled, and how much you actually care about whats goin on. In fact, the characters are for the most part the strongest thing about the game. Theres also a part where the music will send a chill down your spine and a lump in your throat. But bein such a massive gears fan, i wouldve liked to see a bigger ending, but to be fair, it was plausible and climactic enough and overall made since so i was ultimatley fine with it, especially the very last few moments before the credits role which were great. now for the multiplayer: now im not a big multiplayer person. In fact, the only game i ever really got into the multiplayer was Black ops, and lost interest after about a week. But this stuff is good, REALLY good. The action runs at a fast and smooth pace, the one liners from the characters put a smirck on your face, and its all just a blast. Overall this is the VERY BEST Gears game and is immensley satisfying.

Alright, so here is my official review over Gears of War 3. 10 out of 10. Honestly, the only thing i disliked about this game in the beginning, was the sawwed off noobs online, and the lag when you tried to wall bounce. But you have to keep in mind that Gears 3 is Gears 3. Not Gears 1 or 2. Its a mix of both. The challenging aspect of the game is great. The Onyx medals literally make you feel like you earned the right to bear that medal. Except for a couple that i boosted.The graphics are clean and fresh, different from Gears 1 and 2, but yet familiar enough to feel just right. The audio is excellent, i use Beachs to play, and the sound has only lagged on splitscreen, which, in my opinion is appropriate. Overall, the storyline felt Epic. Something like a Final Fantasy shooter type game. Loved it. Gears of War 3 is Game of the Year in my opinion. Oh, and like my gamertags page on facebook for a chance to win 1600 MSP. Gears of war was the first game i purchased with my xbox, that and Halo, but Gears gave you something else, different style running and a cool weapon idea. As Gears went on it got better each game. Gears of War 3 was probably the best game out of the three. It has awesome graphics, amazing multiplayer, and uses a mainstream for online play instead of host! That was their biggest accomplishment, taking the "host" advantage out to make it fun for everyone. The online maps are big and looks amazing, the story line is a great wrap up to the Gears story with twists, and turns and lots of action. Not only that but you have this story mode that you can play up to hardcore on the first time. I will replay this game with my friends to beat the locusts again on veteran. It is challenging and you can always have a great time shooting people up. Totally worth the purchase if you are a gears fan. If you are not one this game is still amazing and you will like this game! I personally play with friends only because i like team work and winning. But Still an awesome game none the less!

I understand How GOW 1 players felt about GOW 2 when it first came out, BUT THIS GAME IS NOTHING LIKE GOW 1 or GOW 2. They pretty much completely eliminated Lag with dedicated servers. And when the servers were temporarily down which was for about 5 hours, the put on host migration so the game cannot end when host rage quits. GOW 1 has ENORMOUS shotgun lag, and GOW 2 pretty much fixed that in their latest update, but it still however has its own enormous lag to fix. I Play both GOW 1 and GOW 2 enough to know what I a talking about, I'm a lvl 100 on GOW 2. But GOW 3 has stolen my heart and I CANNOT wait for it to come out, and best, but also worst part about it is that the game is noob friendly, Good for the new gear gamers, bad for the veterans such as myself, the newbies will learn to only use the SAWED OFF and thats not good. the gnasher takes the most skill and SAWED OFF in my opinion should only be used when enraged lol. However, If you wanna rock this game real hard, i would recommend Playing and getting good or atleast fairly good at GOW 2. My skills in GOW 2 make me rock GOW 3 because in my opinion, since there is little to none lag in GOW 3, it is EASIER. and actually more fair.

Now if you have played the previous gears of war titles you should know this game is bloody. There is tons of gore and fast paced action. gears of war 3 is a 3rd person cover-based shooter and is obviously by the number on the title the 3rd and supposed final installment in the series. Gears of war 3 is make some big promises over its predecessors, including dedicated online servers for online multiplayer, a revamped a smoother control experience, and new gameplay modes. Now in gears of war 3 the core mechanics are pretty much remaining the same however most are getting lots of polish. If your not a big online player gears may not be for you due to previous installments having relatively short campaigns clocking in at around 6-7 hours on normal difficulty. Gears 3 may be different though since its been delayed till september 2011 this allows lots of changes to occur. I'm looking forward to it im a big gears fan and hope to fully enjoy this final entry in the trilogy. also with a good HD tv this game is one of the most visually stunning on the xbox 360, heck even with a bad tv its pretty darn gorgeous.

A reviewer gave this game a one star rating and no wonder he is a halo fanboy and scared of the comp. the story of the game is fantastic and all the characters have depth and self worth. They have all been developed right in front of our eyes as we play gow and you get a chance to hear and see their stories like dom trying to find his wife. This is a great game with a great story and great game mechanics. If you did not know this company created the unreal engine that everyone now uses. As for the lag the halo fanboy mentioned their was allot of that in halo reach halo3 and halo drop troopers and many other games for that matter. Once again before you critique a story line pay attention to it first because i do not understand how you see this as a zombie game cause it is not.

First of all they are not zombies they are locusts! I think the halo fan boy who thinks its the worst game ever plays too much halo to begin with! Gears of war has sold millions of copys and will always be one of the biggest triologys on the 360! The second one blew away the first campaign with its awesome story and gameplay the third one I know when put both to shame when it comes out!

This is easily the best game of the series. The gameplay has been refined to another level, and the production has been leveled out enough that it feels like an epic war game without going Call of Duty on you. The multiplayer is even better now with team deathmatch and the added weapons. Horde mode is vastly improved as well with the additions of boss characters.

i have been a halo fan, Gears of war fan, COD fan for a long time i even know that the sony psx was the system that was going to have halo thank god microsoft took over :) epic games has created a game that changed all gaming with Gears Of War, No other game has ever had gore like it EVER. not one game before this had graphics where if you shot someone in the head the head would burst into peaces, this game has extreme amounts of blood and gore. then gears of war 2 came out there were many bugs in both gears of war and gears of war 2 but as time went by most of the bugs get fixed and the game comes to life for the real gamer. Gears of War 3 is going to be the best of the 3, there is a beta coming out with Bulletstorm on February 22, 2011. the way the Gears of war games are played is a over the shoulder 3rd person shooter. take cover and climb over cover. GOW3 will be one of the best games of 2011.

Gears of War 3 is a truly Epic Game. If you like the previous Gears titles, you'll enjoy this one without a doubt. The campaign is excellent and the storyline keeps you playing. The Multiplayer is actually good this time. I didn't like Gears 2 or 1 MP, so that's a move in the right direction. New game modes online, revamped Horde mode, and newly added Beast mode. Not the BEST, just great. I enjoy GoW as a whole and each game has gotten better and better. I personally enjoy the story and love the shooter mechanics; smooth, versatile, etc. I like my shooters with having the cover and fire so that you can look around corners or over edges, and also the character actually switching sides to shoot from. 3 has a ton of great options for the game too. Campaign can be solo or up to 4 people, and has an option of arcade mode which scores you for the extra oomph in your experience.

Gears of War 3 succeeds where other trilogy enders fail. Some people play for the online, and others play for the story, and as time goes by it seems games are focused more on the multi-player aspect while the single player seems like a second thought. I don't play online. To me, a great game comes from a story that is fun to play, and characters who are fun to be. Gears of War 3 is the last game in the "Delta Squad" trilogy. The games lead characters have come a long way from the juiced up one liners from the first game. Gears of War 3 is more of a emotional story than the past games, and you may find yourself caring about Marcus, Dom, Cole, and Baird more than you would in any other game. They succeeded in making you care for the soldiers of Delta Squad. And that is what is missing in most games today and it was good to see that Epic Studios wrapped up the story is a mostly neat package. I say mostly because almost every question is answered in the final game. Not only does Gears play great, but it looks and sounds amazing. Even with the volume on a normal setting, Gears 3 explodes in the sound department. Thats to be expected from a Gears of War game. Gears 3 looks incredible. For its time, the first game was a visual treat, but the environments were mostly small and grey. But not in the final game. The levels later in the game look amazing. Way more green and way more outdoor environments to curb stomp your enemy. Gears of War 3 works on so many levels and I can't even write about all the multiplayer features like Verses and Horde and Beast Mode since I don't play online. As a single player game Gears does not disappoint. Great Visuals, Excellent sound, and a good story that will stay with you after the credits roll equals a game that is not to be missed. I look forward to more games in the Gears universe in the future.

The game is amazing the beta was a bit more promising than the actual game in multiplayer. This game requires a full party to have a decent to great time solo in multiplayer will just get you frustrated. Horde is solo or co-op so its countless of hours of fun. So is campaign. The only downside is the sawed off shot guns that nearly everyone uses while hiding behind a corner for minutes waiting for some one to get close. other than that its like a mix of gears 1 & 2.

I had a bunch of friends super hyped up about this beta, hardly any of em are still "all about gears3" since they've played it. One friend played for 10 minutes and said he's canceling his pre-order. I play COD but since Treyarch dropped the ball massively I figured I'd try out my first Gears of War game. I've been playing the beta for little while now and have to say I'm quite dissapointed so far with the multiplayer. If you don't have a pack of friends to run with, you unload endlessly on enemies only to have them dive and roll up and shotgun you in the face. Hardcore Gears fans will probably love this game, but for the average player or first timer, it lacks the fun factor that would keep me playing. the graphics are great and the gameplay is smooth, I didn't experience any real lag, however I care about having fun and it was just frustrating constantly dying in situations where one just says "wtf?" afterward. I had enough of that with BLOPS. perhaps I lack the skill to play Gears or I'm just too used to realistic guns, but it sucks hitting someone to no end only to watch them dive at you, rip your head off, then beat you to death with it. I'm canceling my pre-order and getting Battlefield 3 instead.

gow3 is a good game storyline is great multiplayer is too but the last level really ticked me off because that stupid bug would'nt die with the hammer of dawn but overall it was great.you should get this game it is a sick and beast game,if you are a gears of war fan then grab your money,go to best buy,and get that game and enjoy.multiplayer was awesome and had good graphics,especially when if the leader quits game wont end ,oh yeah and the gold gear,mutators,and weapon skins and characters.oh yeah and parents if your kids want this game and your not letting them,make them happy and let them get this game.the gore and blood was awesome with new executions and new guns like the retro lancer and newlambent and non lambent enemies.so people,just go get this game,you will love it for the rest of your life.it is a beast game for hardcore people too.so get it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

After playing the beta I was left in shock & awe from the amazing work Epic did BUT what's more amazing they were still polishing it to what the hardcore gears fans wanted. The story and gameplay is amazing and I can't wait until I pick up the game and 360 blindfire bad kids over cover from across the map!!!

I bought this game opening night and in my opinion it's the best game of the year so far besides Forza 4. Multiple new add-on's to hoard mode,epic campaign,and your classic Gears versus modes. They've also added a couple new weapons,Retro Lancer and the sawed off shotgun. Well worth your $60!!!
