Horde mode is a fun time with a lobby full of friends. Countless hours of fighting back against the infamous and deadly Locust horde. The graphics are a major improvement over Gears of War Judgement. Campaign is solid but the use of robots in sections takes away from epic battles and gore when fighting the Locust horde.

If you like the Gears of War franchise, you will enjoy this game. It is pretty fun, but it was pretty short, They made the last quarter of the game WAY too easy, in my opinion, and the final boss battle was easier than several of the early battles. It is fun though, and it is a good price, now that it has dropped in price.

Big fan of the gears franchise. From a deep story line, to intense multiplayer and a hardcore horde mode, you will not be disappointed with this game. Game also came with redeem codes for gears 1,2,3 and judgement.

Looks great on big HDTV , the graphics in this game are beautiful. Campaign is good but multi-player is where the fun is at, especially horde mode. See if you can pass all 50 waves.. I did ;)

Great game with a great price tag on it. I bought my copy this black Friday for $30 and never regretted it one bit. Amazing game by the way. Comes with all previous Gears of War games too.

This game had some big changes to horde mode (which is what I got it for). Horde gets pretty intense. However, it requires xbox live in order to use horde and maybe multiplayer as well. I did not know that when I got it. They keep making changes to the game every month to make things like the assault class and engineer class useless. I tried campaign and waited for something interesting to happen, but eventually I defeated the final boss and realized the game was over without being too impressed. They added some guns in the game, but they took away a bunch of the classic powerful guns. This game should only get 3.5 stars, but I was generous

Fun to play. Easy to play. Different than any other Gears game. Story starts of different but gets to the point of the story.

This is a great addition to the Gears of War series! It has a great story line and game play. Highly recommended.

This game should make action and shooter fans who own the Xbox One extremely happy with their decision to buy Microsoft's console. This generation has seen fewer and fewer console exclusive games; however, Forza Horizon and GOW 4 are quality offerings that make up for that. GOW 4 retains the cover system and general gameplay mechanics of previous GOW games. Simply put, if you have ever enjoyed previous iterations of GOW in years past, you will love GOW 4.

The Gears of War franchise was my selling point in getting an Xbox 360. I used to play at a friend's house and I was so blown away by it. I loved the original trilogy immensely when I eventually got a system. Gears of War: Judgment was good, but it left me wanting more. After reading the reviews for this new entry, I couldn't be more excited that this series was being revitalized. I picked it up for only $20 and I am ecstatic that I did.

Gears of War 4 marks a new beginning for the franchise both in terms of the studio behind its development and the characters involved with it taking place 25+ years after the events of Gears 3. The new talent, made up of some development veterans of the series, hasn't missed a beat with the new entry into the series.

You get the Windows 10 and Xbox One code. You can play both on either platform and switch off!

Great game for both, original fans and newcomers of the series! Has its and cons, but the pros do outweigh the cons. It has online and split screen co-op. Horde is up to 5 players co-op, which is amazing! The story is interesting, fun and relentless, just what Gears is known for. I'm a satisfied customer and fan.

This game has wonderful graphics, the campaign has some nice gameplay features but lacks overall enemy character design. The enemies are just blah. Overall enjoyable campaign though. The online is a bit buggy. There are issues with a lot of things, but production company does work towards fixing bugs. The microtransactions for a full price game are over the top and the season pass is generally a waste of money.
