gears of war is probably my favorite franchise on xbox one. can't wait to play gears 4. gonna miss dom. hopefully coles is in gears 4.

A solid return to the series.. Great to see some of the old school characters brought back into the mix with the new blood.

It's far from bad but it's also a ways away from great. It does improve the combat system from Gears of War 3 and is a total overall improvement over Judgement BUT the storytelling and amount of content (at launch) is SO weak compared to Gears 3 that it's almost painful. The horde mode is fun but the class system isn't as deep as it could be, and again, the content to be unlock just feels weak. I'm sure after some DLC this game will feel more full, but right now it feel like a step between Gears 3 and Judgement It's still fun to play but being a sequel it doesn't deliver what a sequel should.

This is great compilation if you don't have the previous gears games as you will get it all to begin the series

The band was great and every game preceeding was a hit. I still play Gears of War 3, years later

I preordered and when I asked about the coffee mug and coasters I was told that 3 mugs showed up and were already spoken for. Granted it's 8:00 at the time of writing this the day it comes out. I returned it and am going to gamestop.
