Customers are saying

Customers value the fun gameplay and engaging story mode in Gears of War: Judgment. However, some feel the campaign is too short and the initial map selection is limited, impacting the overall value. The addition of new weapons is appreciated by some, while others find the price point too high for the amount of content provided. Concerns were also raised regarding the lack of content, particularly online.

Good game. Required to much online content to really enjoy, which means more money. Overall game is great though

I enjoy this game, and it is fairly easy to pick up and play, but mastery takes skill and practice. Even when you are skilled, every game is different and challenging in it's own way.

Fun, but not a worthy follow-up to Gears 3

Gears Judgment has me torn. It has some great moments during the campaign and it adds a lot to the background story of Baird and Cole, but in the end too much was removed to make it an improvement over Gears 3. It is still a fun game, but removal of the third weapon in campaign, COG VS COG instead of Locust, lack of maps and skins in multiplayer (unless you buy them) and removal of Horde mode make this sequel less than its predecessor. Would recommend this game only when the price drops below $40.

    Fun game...for a while.

Gears of War Judgment is a very fun game. The different game modes such as Overrun and Survival are very addicting, especially with friends. The other game modes are your typical game modes such as Team Deathmatch and Free for All. The campaign mode can be fun at times but it can be boring in certain sections. Also, the popular Horde mode from Gears of War 2 and 3 is not in this one for some odd reason. The game has its positives and negatives, but overall, it is very fun and entertaining and worth picking up.

I'm a GOW fan, I have all of the previous games and I think GOW2 is my favorite. I haven't finished GOW: Judgement so I can't a complete review. But what I've played so far I like it. But if you're a GOW then just get it. You want be disappointed.

People can fly took so much out of the gears experience that i'm clamoring for gears 3. unable to carry two heavy weapons, removal of DBNO, multiplayer types stripped of features are just a few of the critiques. the campaign is okay while it lasted, but too short lived. Definitely a rental.

So I am a die hard gears fan and have bought every version of Gears. I played 1 and 2 nonstop. 3 died down a little for me and this one I have not even touched since bioshock came out. It's not that it's bad or anything - it's just that I dont care that much. I think it is too soon since 3 came out that I am not geeking for it.

Being a big Gears fan, I couldn't wait for this game to come out, and it does not disappoint. The game play is awesome, the story line is great and it is just another fantastic installment of the Gears Series.

I really enjoyed playing this game through the campaign. At some points it seemed a little easy, but I feel the Gears games have always been like that. I haven't played any of the online portion though.

Great game. New weapons. Old weapons with new tricks (the sawed off shotgun does a double blast) I would rather have had them take a little longer and put out something for the Pendulum Wars.

After playing Gears of War since 2006, I was very anxious to play Judgment. After playing for a few hours of gameplay you realize that Judgment has mocked CoD, halo, battlefield, and pretty much every other popular shooter franchise available. No more cog vs locusts? Are you serious? You cannot blame "People can fly" for this poor title because this is actually not their first gears of war work. They helped develop Gears of War 1 PC which introduced extended campaign and the introduction of King of The Hill game type. Judgment in my opinion has strayed away from the franchise's originality and has failed with this sub-par title. I thought Gears of War 3 could have been better, but GoW3 puts this game to shame.
