This is one of the best games I have played on the XBOX 360!!!! I haven't found a better game. The campaign is awesome and I could play it over and over again. Also, the online multiplayer is even better. It is the best online multiplayer I have played on XBOX 360!!!!!!!

this is the best game ever made! for any consule the game play is great the story is sweet graphics are beautiful multiplayer is relly good with all the extra maps now the new ones that just came out it is a must have if you have a 360 and make sure you have xbox live!

Gears of War, or what has come to be known as Gears, is an awsome game with cool weaponry, and some sick campaign. The multiplayer is also great but can get boring after a while. Since the second one doesn't come out for a while, i reccomend you buy it sometime soon to know what you are doing when the jam-packed Gears2 is released.

AMAZING GAME IF YOU HAVE XBOX LIVE. if you don't have xbox live, get it then get this game. the campaign goes too quickly but xbox live is dominate. you can get several maps from marketplace for free too

I bought this game in the first few weeks that it came out. I loved the campaign while I played it through with my friends. At first, I also loved the online multiplayer. However, I've tried to get back into it, but now Xbox Live is overrun by Gears fanatics who play the game 24/7. These kids know every square inch of every map, and they run the same route every time and are able to beat casual players every round. Basically, playing online goes like this: spawn, run to a location, get killed quickly, spectate for the next 5 minutes, repeat. If people with less experience could match up with people of the same ability, it might be a worthy game, but that never seems to happen. Maybe I'm just not cut out for this game, as I'm above a level 40 in Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4, but competing with others online in Gears is seemingly impossible. I'd strongly recommend one of the latter two games over Gears any day.

its an amazing game it beats halo 3 by a long shott. well what im trying to get at is the graphics are one of a kind. really greattt. weapons are good. better gameplay than halo 3. wonderful wonderful wonderful. my next favirote game to skate and guitar hero 3

This is one of the best games that i have ever played because it is realistic and futureistic. Many people play this game online so it wont be hard to find a match. plus the map downloads are free. I really rate this game as a 5 because it is my favorite game

I heard about this game for so long that I finally went out and purchased it. IM A FAN! Even though this isn't good for children under 15 In my opinion, I think it is a great game to have. There is so much detail and put into it. Like I said, im a fan.

Just bought this game a few days ago and let me just tell you Im addicted!!Im not a huge gamer even and when I do play Its usually a sports game. But this is the most entertaining game I have ever played. Don't think twice just buy the darn game!!!

Unmatched!!! A true pioneer has awaken. GOW is bloody to the bone. This is what a shooter should be. I hope it keeps moving forward. (GOW2, GOW3, etc.)

5 stars easily. Gears has a great single player and outstanding multiplayer modes. Live on this game couldn't be any better. This game is going down as one of the best games of all time. I hope Gears of War 2 or the Movie is just has good.

This game absolutely brought shooter games to a whole new level. The graphics and game play were both smooth and fluid. Get a friend and play the co-op mode! Up to a challenge? Set it to "insane" and see who'll be left standing in the end.

This is a great game the graphics are outstanding it is a lot of fun to play but like i said the only bad things are that there are a lot of glitches a lot of the glitches mess you up and will most likely get you killed in the campaign.

I had the funnest time ever playing this game on insane on XBOX Live Co-op with one of my best friends. It is a great game, with great everything. If you own and XBOX 360 and realize that this is just a video game, it is a must buy.

This is the best game ever, it beats halo 3 by far by alot of things, such as the graphics, story line, and alot of other things. Certainly BUY IT from Best Buy, aso the multiplayer it 4 on 4 player, and has great maps like Subway.

This is simply the best gaming experience ever. I found myself pacing my game play so as not to go through the game too quickly. The story is light of course but the action is intense and furious. A must buy for any Xbox360 owner!

One of the better games for the 360. The Chainsaw Gun is the best weapon ever! The characters of the game are pretty awesome. The game is a little repetive and is pretty challeging sometimes when you play on hardcore and insane.

This game is amazing!!! It's only fault is that it's kind of short, but other than that its AWESOME! The story is interesting and challenging. Online gaming is awesome especially with all the extra maps. MUST OWN for the system!
