New to the series and loving it

I was never a fan back in the day when I played the original game on 360 and also the 2nd game. I am now a fan for life and will pick up gears of war 4 as soon as I'm able. I've played many other remastered games and Microsoft has done a fantastic job of updating this game for a new generation. At times it feels like it really could have been an original Xbox one title. It's a very nice looking game with smooth gameplay. The action is intense and challenging but never too harsh on normal mode. I purchased it mainly for the single player campaign. Snagged it on sale for 12$. You won't regret the purchase at all.
