Not great service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What I thought should have been a quick fix ended up being a week long headache. Recently I took my tower pc in to them to reinstall windows 10 to fix a corrupted os. I gave them instructions for what I want which was simply install windows on the back up drive and I would retrieve the files from my ssd at home. What should have only taken them a matter of hours took several days! This was after they assigned it to someone to look at it. the tech then called me and tried to sell me $100 dollar HD recovery and said that my PC wouldn't run as fast on the back up drive. I told him I know this and wondered why he was even calling me. All of this was still ok the part that put me over the edge was when I got my tower back I noticed that one of the side panel fans had been damaged. I find this to be unacceptable as I have already paid them to do a simple task and it ends up costing me more money to replace the damaged fan.
