    Worst customer support I have ever experienced

    We purchased several appliances and got them for the service plan. Two of the appliances (oven and fridge) needed new drawers. The first time, the wrong part for the oven got sent out. Meaning, it wasn't a drawer at all. I tried to call but after being on the phone for a long time, they told me they can't do anything they will forward to the tech but he will have to take a look. Wait the two weeks for the tech to have him come out and laugh and say, yup, it isn't a drawer. was going order the part himself and have it shipped to him. So he takes a look at the fridge and confirms we need a new drawer. So another appt. is made for two weeks out. Yesterday, we get the drawer for the fridge and what do you know. It is the wrong drawer. So, now when he comes out with hopefully the right oven drawer, he is going to have to come back again for the fridge drawer. So at BEST, it is going to take a month and a half to get 2 drawers replaced. Sorry for the long post but it is VERY frustrating when you are paying for a plan to get this type of service.

    The customer service member took the time to learn what was wrong with my Mac book and offered choices of plans to fix and protect my laptop. He was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

    Without their help I don't know what I would have done. To be waited on immediately after entering the store was a tremendous help. To be able to leave the store with a functional computer was like having Christmas in May.

    The appointment system they require is reasonable but my appointment time was not held (failed to start promptly, 40 minutes start delay). Good thing I was in a good mood, and I did get the results I wanted in the end. Try to pick a low demand appointment time.

    I've had pretty bad experiences with the customer service portion.... Doesn't really seem they know what they are talking about. I find it better to ask Google instead.
