I have taken this laptop in on two occasions and had to pay nothing for the repairs since I purchased 24/7 support.

My computer was "ill". The young men I spoke to and who worked on my computer were very knowledgeable and polite!

Friendly and knowledgeable. They were Easy to work with and corrected my issues in a short period of time.

I purchased the support to have the Geeksquad assist with install of 64bit windows install. The Geeksquad guys in the store were efficient

I needed to call the geek squad after getting home to set up my printer I just bought. I did the online chat & they indicated it would take 30 min to 1 hr before they could help me. I was unable to wait that long & asked me to come back on line later. I did & the they indicate it would be 2 hrs before they could help me. Feeling frustrated I then ended up doing it myself without problems. So then I questioned why did I buy this service.

Whenever a glitch occurs on my computer, I know right where to go to get help. The GEEK Squad never lets me down.
