They have been a great resource. It's a bit inconvenient to schedule an appointment versus being able to just go into the store for help.

I needed to call the geek squad after getting home to set up my printer I just bought. I did the online chat & they indicated it would take 30 min to 1 hr before they could help me. I was unable to wait that long & asked me to come back on line later. I did & the they indicate it would be 2 hrs before they could help me. Feeling frustrated I then ended up doing it myself without problems. So then I questioned why did I buy this service.

I have used Geek Squad in the past, and will need to use them again on a computer with Windows issues. They have always done a good job.

The Geek Squad got rid of the computer virus problem, but a lot of my programs I can't get running since they have done this and they want to charge me to look at it again and pay again the biggest program that I can't get working is my Seagate Backup which they deleted or move some place off the desktop like a lot of other stuff they did they didn't leave it like I wanted it. I want it on the desktop, they don't like it like that. They need to leave your computer the same way it looks when you brought it in! Just remove the virus and leave everything else alone! Very unhappy for that part of it and I still can't get the Seagate backup to work
