I have not needed to use the service yet. I plan to have the local Geek Squad analyze a second computer in the near future.

The gentleman that helped us out with computer set up was helpful, knowledgeable and very personable.

Motherboard went out in laptop, took it in and fixed it no questions asked. Great peace of mind.

I have used this service twice. They help me correct the problem with no trouble and in short time.

They were very helpful when the battery on my computer died and made sure to explain my options.

The skill level of people coming out to the home is so much higher then in-store support, that I am reluctant to bring any piece of equipment into the store for fear that it will require a follow up service call to my home to fully correct/complete the required service requested. This was last experience...not a pleasant one, and it increased the lemgh of time to truly resolve the problem.

I have always had great service at Best Buy, and products I have bought have been top of the line.

Help has been good; but the best would be to NOT have to use it. At 85 years old, I'm not a geek myself, so it has helped.

So far I haven't had any problems, but I'm glad to know that I have support if and when I need it.
