My husband and I thought it'd be good to have 24/7 Geek Squad in case our daughter was not home when we needed help. Boy were we glad we have it! We have used it so many times. It's worth the money. They install everything we want for free, and they're just a phone call away if you need help!

Had an issue with my laptop, possible spam issue. Went to Best Buy for service. They signed my laptop in and electronically kept me updated on the progress. Originally indicated it would been ready in four days but they were able to complete it in a day and a half. Running/ purring nicely now.

When the tech first gave me a promise date, he said it would take til the following week to fix my computer, but then another tech called the day after and said my laptop was ready to be picked up. I was really surprised!! Thanks for the fast service, and for getting my computer working again.

We went to our local Best Buy needing help. ur pc was frozen and wouldn't work. Turns out the hard drive was shot. Got it replaced and back up and running in no time. everything was simple. the people were so nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. thanks Geek Squad

I am so technology challenged and this service has done wonders for me. I ruin computers almost every two years and requiring a completely new one but since having this service, many things are watched out for and I get service to fix the little things before it gets totally unfixable.

My old laptop was replaced by a new one I purchased at Best Buy. The new one would not let us sign on after about owning it for six weeks. We had Geek Squad fix it after we purchased the service plan. The price was very reasonable and the Geek Squad personnel were very helpful and efficient.

I love the Samsung Galaxy 9.6 Tablet! I also own an iPad and it has been frustrating me with the slowness, having to go to the Store to have it checked out frequently, and lack of GB space! So I decided to go for a Samsung, loving the experience so far, price wise it's a much better deal too!

Tried to download Webroot myself and couldn’t do it,due to my computer having to many temp files. Took my computer to the geek squad and they found out that I had some mal ware. Cleaned that up for me plus downloaded the Webroot. Computer runs faster and it is protected better. Great job.

My daughter was away at college and got a virus on her computer. Geek squad was able to fix it without me having to drive out of town to take her computer to a local store for service. They also gave me advice on how to spot non Microsoft software pop-ups on my computer to prevent viruses.

Signed up for Geek Squad when all my music on ITunes magically disappeared during an update. So glad the Geek Squad was able to retrieve it. Will definitely be a repeat customer. They have been a lifesaver when in need of electronics assistance whatever the product may be.

These guys have been awesome! They installed all purchased items onto my new computer and were easy to reach when I called with questions while setting up my computer at home. They have even been assisting me when I call with questions using Windows 10 as I am unfamiliar with this product.

I just stopped in, I didn’t realize that an appointment was needed, the technician was very friendly and helped me anyway even though there was a person coming in a few minutes that did have an appointment. I appreciated that very much!! And was very happy with the service I received.

I am so glad to have purchased Geek Squad 24/7 support for 1 year. My laptop was fixed in a day and works like new. The technician installed free anti virus program. It is a piece of mind to have this warranty cover all my family's laptops and tablets. No more frusyrstion!

I got the warranty with my new computer and it covered 2 other devices. I used it on my other computer and laptop. I already used it 3 times thiis year and paid nothing to fix my devices. Without the warranty I would have paid over $300 for repairs. It’s great service and worth it.

I have used it several times for both my laptop and desktop and would not be without it. Even if I were to have a problem after they work on it all I have to do is take it back to them. I don't have to worry about how much the repair will cost or If I should take it in.

The Geek Squad people were great. They explained everything, suggested a good antivirus program that I then purchased, and went through everything that I needed to know about the computer. They spent their time making sure that I understood everything and answered all of my questions.

Took my computer in to resolve some conflicts and clean up the systems to get it to run better. It was so, so easy. Went on-line, set up an appointment at the local store. Arrived at the store and was help at the appointment time, left the computer that was repaired and ready as agreed.

The purchase of the product puts me at ease knowing that I can rely on 24 hour geek squad assistance or I can take the product to the Geek Squad Staff at Best Buy in Brownsville. Aldo, the Manager and the rest of the Geek Squad Staff are amazing and answer all your questions and concerns.

I was greeted and allowed to explain the issue with my PC. A confirming of the issues was discussed and all options available were presented and discussed openly. This allowed me to make an informed decision and the follow on action and communication throughout the process was excellent.

Because of several unfortunate mishaps with the new computer I ordered, this service has already paid for itself. I strongly recommend it for any computer you get. These Geek Squad folks are great - they are courteous, friendly, helpful, understanding and extremely knowledgeable.
