I am satisfied with Geek Squad support. I am usually able to make appointments easily that work within my schedule. The Geek Squad members answer my questions. They complete service on my computer within a reasonable period of time. The service is worth the cost of the membership.

The cost for Tech Support subscription is the best money I have spent in years. The Geek Squad has bailed us out several times with our computers. We will be using them for our home theater system soon and when our subscription expires we will be renewing immediately.

When laptop purchased, Geek Squad transferred all info from old laptop to new one. When installation was finished, we met with an associate that walked us thru the set up & answered any questions that we had. He also added various items to the laptop & helped us organize our desktop.

I took my laptop into the geek squad to be rebooted and cleaned. they treated me like an old friend. when I picked up my laptop they explained every thing that they did to it. they made sure that i knew what they did and showed me new things that the updates that were installed

We have GS coverage for three devices. I called on our t.v. which was new, but was not purchased at Best Buy The young man I talked with, was patient with me. When I didn't understand he didn't get short with me and explained again. He spoke English which was a refreshing change.

I'm so happy to have Geek Squad protection! I've had it on previous products and been very satisfied with the service, so I was really excited to find out that my coverage would now extend to up to three computers. Now my husband and son are protected, as well. Thanks Best Buy!

my dell laptop froze up. took it to the Best Buy in Chattanooga. They looked at it and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. and they showed me what i did wrong to create the problem, and even showed me how to take care of the problem should it happen again. Very nice people.

Finally find an all in one preamp that has both digital and analogue inputs for my CDs,DVDs,streaming music and also play my vinyl in one quality unit. It is great to finally have the ability to operate my sound system with remote control.A well deserved upgrade that makes every piece of equipment sound so much better.

In this world of electronics that can start operating slowly, or gets a glitch with no way to get under the hood and fix it like a '65 Mustang, Geek quad protection is the best way to get it fixed quick. Highly recommended and the cost is well worth the alternative.

The people inside the store is awesome they will help you very fast and solve your issues however don’t get the one on the phone they transfer you to a third-party and he put a virus on my computer not good. So I would definitely get it but is the people at the store

Excellent service. I work with computers but only enough to complete task and go. Notice my system operating at terrible speed and wouldn't keep input data. Walked into store either appointment :was still able to get repairs needed..made day appointment and w I w...totally impressed.

I get this every year. Three devices are allowed. I take each one in to be physically cleaned and to check for anything that might be slowing it down once a year. It includes Geek Squad over the phone; they can take control of the computer and, if possible, correct the issue right then.

My Notebook was super slow, I took it to the GEEKS they recommended to change the Hard Drive. Change the drive for one double the size. They did all the changing and saving and backing up, installed security for three devises for a reasonable price and all done in 24 hours.

I love the people at Geek Squad. They are some of the nicest people you will deal with. Their knowledge about all the different products is truly awesome. I would never purchase a tablet, laptop, or PC without including Geek Squad support to my order. FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Quick service was actually ready to date before I thought it would be and everything was in order and taken care of! A thorough review of everything they did what I needed to watch out for when I came back information I do take care of complete records for myself

I was having issues with my laptop , went to best buy to buy a new one, as I explained to the salesman what was going on with my laptop he suggested geek squad so I tried it, now my laptop is runni g better then ever, saved me lots of money not having to purchase a new one

Quick & dirty- Laptop hard drive was badOverin Outlook missing. Took it back to Geeks. Week later picked up laptop- still no contacts. Jimmy (Geek) worked for an hour while we were there. Got contacts list in an Excell file- NOT in Outlook. He tried, others lied when they said it was fixed. Overall a bad experience.

I had an issue with my brand new computer. I took it in to have them look at it. They had it for over a week after promising to have it back in 3 or 4 days. When I picked it up I asked what they had done to solve the issues. I was told that the tech was not onsite to tell me, There was no explanation of the issues they found on the documents they gave me when I picked it up. The customer service person just said "Sorry, can you come back in when the tech is here?" I said to her that I lived 30 minutes away and would like to not have to return to the store, Could she have the tech call me or send me the information via email. She said that she would note the account and have the tech contact me. Which they never did. The Computer is still not working very well but I am afraid to take it back in to them because I cant really be without my machine for another 8 days.

I loved that Geek squad was there to answer any questions I had and set my computer for me immediately after purchase. It is also nice knowing all the services they provide for free or reduced prices! Because we all know, what can go wrong, probably will. Geek Squad has my back.

First home computer and I got in trouble w/ low grade "hack" within 2 weeks. GEEK squad to the rescue.... they resolved the computer issue effectively with a combination of skill/knowledge... and the calm/cordial approach by the technician kept me from going over the edge
