AFTER BEING HACKED, MY LAPTOP WAS BLANK. THE GEEKS SQUAD BROUGHT IT BACK TO LIFE. LATER I COULD NOT STORE MY PICTURES ON A STORAGE ATTACHMENT. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO DO THAT. I CAN CALL ANY TIME UNDER OUR AGREEMENT TO GET HELP ON THE LAPTOP. GREAT FOR SENOR PEOPLE.

Jon Cramer My Best Buy Geek Squad Agent was great . He took our laptop Clean up thing that mite be a problem . Then installed Trend Micro on the computer. We got the three year plan and are vary happy the way the computer works . Thank you, Jon Cramer and Best Buy.

The geek squad made a point to greet me within minutes of my arrival. When my original agent wasn’t sure on a process he quickly requested assistance from an associate. They made me feel like a valued customer. I’ll be bringing my other laptop back for a tuneup.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable personnel to deal with my technical issues . I am able to contact the Geek Squad by phone, the internet or by visiting Best Buy, which is very convenient. Provides service to all of the computers in my home.

My old computer died and I purchased a new Lenovo. I had never owned a Lenovo before. So far, so good. I do want to complement Best Buy for transitioning all my data accurately and downloading all my music on a thumb drive. I had tried to do that to no avail.

They know what there doing they just arent as proffesional as you think they would be. At the very end they called me to let me know i could pick up my computer, but never told me i had to make an appointment so i had to wait there a while all becuase i didnt make an appointment. (because i didnt know)

We always need help with questions as they arise from using our computers, or mostly from when problems arise due to viruses, hacking, etc. So great to have these people to call and get HELP! well worth it in my opinion. They will even help with our other computers.

We took advantage of this for a number of obvious reasons. The biggest one is that they will fix any 3 computers in your home (take in) even if you didn't purchase from them. Worth the investment. There are a few options for how much you want to spend on your plan..

The hard drive in my laptop crashed the day before Christmas Eve. I took it to the Geek Squad, and had it back the same day with a bigger hard drive that it had. They were professional, knowledgeable, and FAST! Highly recommend! That's why I got the 1 year plan.

Geek Squad members were patient and helped us with a hard drive problem on a Dell computer we purchased last year. They transferred our data to a hard drive and helped us reload the hard drive. They also recommended new Internet security so we could drop Kaspersky.

I can't say enough good things so far. My new computer was up and running my software installed, including an upgrade to Win 10 pro. Made sure my peripherals were working properly with the computer . Even left phone number in case I had a problem after he left.

I brought my 6 month computer in when a software update resulted in a permanent blue screen. The staff restored it to health within several several days. I was pleased with their expertise, professionalism, and patience while they actually exceeded my expectations.

Great program to be a part of when you're buying any type of electronics from Best Buy they are able to help you when in need. Some of the programs have contracts with them but still great to have as long as you own the product you have Geek Squad service for it.

Everyone should definitely get this service because they work hard to keep you satisfied. The service is now expended to bigger and better service for your home. Asked an agent the next time you shop at Best Buy. I highly recommended this service.

The Geek Squad took my 7 yr old MacPro that had a corrupt operating system and got it up and operating like nothing was ever wrong. In addition, they helped me set up a new MacPro and fixed a few glitches on my Ipad. They were polite and very willing to help. I'm so glad I purchased this service.

I absolutely love geek squad. We bought a computer and the warranty for it. After they tried to load software, and couldn’t it was determined that the mother board had problems. They took and replaced it and I got a new one in less than 24 hours. Love these guys!

They set up my DELL laptop just fine. They need to take more time explaining what they did to someone who is older like me -- I am 71. The young man went way too fast, he kept talking to a person in the next cubicle, I was not happy. But the work they did setting up the computer was 5 stars.

my 2 year old laptop wasn't working and considered buying a new one until the GeekSquad rep suggested the 24hr support, which took care of the issue a lot cheaper than a new laptop. The support also covers my desktop. Well worth the price for the peace of mind
