Laptop had been scammed. Techs were very helpful and patient.

Protection plan is fine. In my opinion the speed to resolve questions or issues are concerning. Phone communication is non-existent unless you speak with the stores customer service department. If you have time, lots of time to wait, then the protection service would be good to have.

Computer kept blue screening or going in a cycle. After they said they fixed it I brought it home and within a half hour it was blue screening again. I returned to the store and they could not find anything wrong. I took it to another Best Buy store and they told me I needed a new hard drive. Since my hard drive is attached to the mother board, they did not have the tool to remove it. It would need to be sent back to Kentucky for an undetermined additional charge. I said,”Forget it. I’ll take it somewhere else.” This whole process took about 4 weeks with no good results and a lot of frustration.

Good service for the the money. Would use them again
