i’ve has geek squad support for other purchases over the years and have always found it to be very helpful in solving whatever problems might have arisen. I regularly renew my membership for as long as I’ve had my computers and will likely continue to do so.

I brought in two laptop computers that had problems. The customer service associate recommended purchasing the one year 24/7 Geek Squad Support. I left the two laptops to be diagnosed/fixed. A couple of days later both laptops were working as good as new!

I was very pleased with the service at the Lake Geneva Best Buy Geek Squad service counter. I had purchased my laptop a number of years ago and hadn't used it recently. they cleaned it up, took out Windows 8 and installed Windows 10. The appointment system works well to avoid standing in line.

I purchased Geek Squad in case of computer situations I didn’t know how to fix. I used the service in setting up my computers since I was trying to link them in a group. The service technician was very helpful and was able to help me link the three computers.

My computer has significant software issues. The Geek service gentleman informed me that this could be the issue, or it could be the hard drive, which would me more costly. I was advised throughout the process and the job was completed by the date promised.

My pc was hacked and I needed lots of help to remove the corrupt programs. Geek squad listened to my issues, removed the bad software and set me up with new security. Now I have a source to rely on for tech support. Very helpful and conveniently located.

It is very nice to have a local store like Best Buy to have such a great tech support unit like the Geek Squad. I have purchased the one year service contract in the past and have been very pleased with the service and the use of the one year contract.

I have only had to use this service once so far and the thing about this service is you can call and speak over the telephone with a specialist or you gave the option to bring your device to the store and have a specialist troubleshoot hands on

I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without purchasing a support package. Not that I think their merchandise is bad, but because of the peace of mind that I get. These "geeks" say what they will do and do what they say, professionally and expertly.

I am fully confident after my services with Geek Squad with my new equipment installation of software to my hardware. Pleasant team with very professional services. Speaking with family in other area in the country it seems Geek Squd is the answer hands down.

I purchased my new laptop and Geek Squad for the computer. They were very informative and loaded my new computer in a timely manner. They also took the time to answer my questions and show me the answers to my questions about using the windows computer.

Two installers were working in tandem to set up new HP OfficeJet Pro 6970. Would like to have been able to observe and learn about setup from each person, but they seemed to be in a hurry. So much so, that I could not follow what each was doing and felt a little disappointed after they left..

I really didn't know what to expect when I walked in for my appointment. What I got was caring, thoughtful, professional service and advice for the representative. Upon pick-up The representative was even MORE caring and helpful. Way to go! This is great!

I took in my pc for repair, and the customer service was amazing they answered all my questions, gave me detailed explanation of the repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. the repairs were done even sooner than the due date. Excellent service

Ok, the Agent thing is a little much. how ever what they do is above reproach. It is nice to be able to take my computer in and get a call when it is fixed. Great bunch of computer Techs. But, might want to rethink the Agent thing. lol

We love the protection and help we get from the Geek Squad 24/7 Support team. The folks there are always very helpful when we have had problems with our products that we’ve purchased from Best Buy! Thanks guys for all your help and support!

I will never buy any product without geek squad service. They are fantastic. Set up my computers,installed software, and explained basic features and answered all my questions. The online and phone support is great. The peacenof mind it brings is priceless.

I had trouble getting my Webroot on my laptop since I already had a 3 year subscription. Thomas from the online Geek Squad was able to remotely install it easily and quickly. I would really recommend this for people with challenging issues like I had.

I purchased a 3-year Geek Squad household computer technical service contract and have had both my laptops cleaned, diagnosed for slow processing and purchased a solid-state hard drive for one of them. The service was great and my computers run much faster now.

I brought my computer in to be fix it needed a hard drive but they convinced me to get the geek squard protection but they didn't give me anything written that explains what it covers also I had to get Norton anti virus which I already have I have auto pay but still sold it to me anyway
