    Went in with a issues with my computer, ended up paying 300 for them to say well it didn’t do what you said it was doing but we put protective software on it for your.

    Brought in my surface pro 3 because its always getting viruses and screen freezes. I had an online service support from another source but that was really useless. they would cleanup my computer and it would just get infected again. The Geek squad did a great job of cleaning up my computer of all the viruses and incomplete installed apps. My computer works great now and it they did it in 24 hours! Well worth the price so I signed up for the 1 year IT support.

    Called 3/2 to renew my GS support only to be told I could not get the $99.99 price. When I renewed my webroot (only) in January 2018 I was told I could get this price less the cost of the webroot. I should have been told there was a cutoff to honor this price. We purchased our computer and printer from Best Buy and I would think returning customers should be looked after. I am retired and do not have $199.99 to pay as a new customer.

    I am enjoying this model even though it has an old operating system. I am 89 years old and my needs are primarily for emails and simple searches on the internet.

    I was charged $200.00 to download the next version of the Apple OS even though it was free online because my computer froze when I tried it myself. Too expensive!

    tell you the truth, don't exactly know what happened since i am Tech-stupid. When the Tech. left, all of a sudden I had no hard line and no internet. I did all the required turn power off, wait, etc. still nothing happened. Then I discovered a black square electric metal box and it wasn't plugged in. so i plugged this thingofajig and both hard line and internet worked. my desktop still needs work and will make another appointment at another time. honestly do not know what happened

    Doesn't Offer Much Support Beyond Software/Replacements. They fixed my computer/ software driver issue that's it. But couldn't really fix anything else that I had. No cracked screen for a tablet. Couldn't fix my phone usb charging issue. I appreciate they fixed my computer. But I would have taken it somewhere else if I knew that they couldn't really fix anything beyond the software or replace the devices that are under warranty that you purchased from them.

It’s true that the plan does not cover parts, and that we are unable to do some hardware work in our stores. We can perform much of that work at our service centers, though that would incur an additional charge.     When I purchased a new computer in December for my husband as a Christmas gift I also purchased a yr. of geek squad support. At that time I was told this would include the transfer of data from old to new computer. On Tue., Jan.23 my husband and daughter had a geek squad appt. for the transfer of data. My daughter had to pay an additional 80.00 for that service. I am not at all happy about that. I already paid a yrs. fee and that should have been included in that!!

    The Geek squad did not show up or call. I sat and waited all day and when I finally called customer service they didn't know what was going on

    More than a little perturbed that less than a week after pickup I could have saved 70,00 $ with your emails showing same computer and office 360,

    The Trendmaker security system installed is not working properly. I’ve tried to get it fixed over phone, but had to schedule a home visit.
