This happened (renewal) without any notification. I'm not a happy camper.

Okay service. Just wish it didn't take so long to get the computer back.

Geek squad took care of it quickly and I haven’t had any more issues.

Needed computer fix they were fast and nice they seemed concerned

The Geeks squad folks are knowledgeable and helpful with computers.

So far our washer and dryer is working ok.we've only used it once.

Couldn’t figure that it my laptop issue. Narrowed it down after replacing hard drive that wasn’t the issue. Needed to send it to central support support which would have incurred additional charges. Overall, not impressed. Laptops should be completely diagnosable at a local level.

I haven’t have many dealings with The Geek Squad but I was a bit disappointed in the service. Long wait times in the store and impossible almost to get through to on the phone at the Fort Smith, AR location. I can’t say all are the same but again a bit disappointing at this location.

Manager did not live up to services paid for. We brought laptop to be fixed prior to warranty expiring; however sales rep took too long to contact us. Then, told us no longer covered when delay was Best Buy.

Took my computer because the hard drive crashed. They installed my hardrive that you could do yourself. They put me on a super outdated operating system that did not work. Told me that was the recommended operating system. I called Apple and they laughed at that. They directed me to install the correct operating system. These guys either did not want to do the work or had no clue what there doing. Waste of $200. So your research and do it yourself. I figured they would be professional and do the right thing.

The only thing worse than the support was their customer service. Didn't callback when promised (manager stated I would get a callback.), Online individual gave up and then ended session with no notification and no survey to fill out. Nothing but frustration. Online did test the computer and stated it had memory leak (this computer was just purchased). Nobody at the store new what that was. They explained that they can't access what was done to the computer from the online squad. That makes no sense to me, as I would think you are on the same team and there would be better support if they communicated with each other.

Was misled on pricing when I recently had to have my computer looked at. The tech said one thing at the time I dropped it off and then changed it when I went back to pick up the computer. Apparently the tech does not fully understand the program and needs additional training.

Did a great job with my computer, but it was a little expensive!

Not very impressed with the initial outcome of the service

I bought this because I was having issues with my computer. I brought my computer for diagnostic to see what the issue was and to have it taken care of thereafter. I was given my computer back and told what was not wrong with it but could not be told what was wrong with it. Needless to say I’m not sure how well trained the Geeksquad staff is and I cancelled the service. I was still charged for the diagnostic although they did not give me a true diagnostic because I still don’t know what’s wrong.

I'll be going to another store, was not satisfied at all.
