    Great starter computer

    This computer is great. Easy to use and has Harmon kardon speakers installed. Touch screen and it folds all the way. The older version of ASUS doesn't do that.

    I bought support for my mother’s laptop because she struggles with technology and I’ve found that they aren’t that helpful and always just need you to take it to the store

      Hi ksteph77 – I’m sorry that your Geek Squad 24/7 Support plan isn’t working out as well as you had hoped. We can fix many things remotely if you call 1-800-GEEKSQUAD (1-800-433-5778), though in some circumstances we do need to get hands on with computers to fix them. I encourage your mother to keep on trying our Remote Support option, as it is usually the fastest way to get a software issue repaired.

    I've had pretty bad experiences with the customer service portion.... Doesn't really seem they know what they are talking about. I find it better to ask Google instead.

    The Geek Squad coverage we received offered in home service for $50 - still more than we can afford right now - especially after spending $875.63 on a new computer.

    Very poor customer service!!!!!!!! I bought a new computer, very new at windows 10, I have called twice to geek squad. first time tec. support but htey were busy and i would have to wait an hour? it was a monday at 11:30 pm...... second call, had a question on desk top icons missing? the kid told me to go to goole ???? the didnt understand my question and hung up on me!!!!!!!! I spent how much for a year $$$$$$$ are you kidding I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!

    My title says it all. When you use your laptop for work, you can’t afford 2-3 day delays and 3-5vdays for things like a virus scan.

    After paying $280 for a 2-year support plan, they weren't able to fix the problem with my laptop, and I ended up needing to buy a new laptop anyway. I should have just bought a new laptop and skipped trying to have it diagnosed and fixed. Although the diagnostics identified several malware programs and deleted them, the diagnostic program did not identify the problem, as it reoccurred after I brought the laptop home.

      We're sorry that your 24/7 Support plan wasn't able to cover all of the issues tat popped up with your computer. That plan covers most services, but not data backups parts, so any parts needed would need to be paid for by you, as would any data backup service.     I like how easy it is to see. I didn't want a desktop but my husband did so he's happy. Now we just have to get use to windows 10.

    I have my computer in 3 separate occasions and went to the store to pick up each time repairs were not done right. On 5/17/18 I went to pickup computer they showed me all the things they did . I had the agent plug in my computer and all the issues I brought it in for were still there. Needless to say this will most likely the last time I trust Best Buy to fix. Anything
