Great router for wireless cable

Not happy with last service

only tried to use one time and geek could not help
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have only attempted to use one time and lady could not help install aol Said I would have to take computer into store and they said it would be another 2 3 days before they tcould get to it Geek did offer to send someone out but would be a $49 charge I called a private technician and he was he in 30 minutes

Overcharging

I agreed to purchase the service for $70. However, Best Buy charged me the full amount of over $200 for the service despite multiple phone calls to confirm I would be charged the discounted amount.,

Didn't follow through, shoddy work

Told me it was ready. When I arrived, they told me it wasn't working. Had to return and then it still didn't work. Had to take it elsewhere. Very poor service. Lost money on a service never delivered.

Geek squad is the worst buy ever

Two visits and 6 days in the shop and the computer still has the same problem. Black screen and crashes about 1 out 5 startups, they don't run diagnostics, they just install updates and charge you a fortune. Avoid Geek Squad!
