I really thought my 8 year old computer was a goner. It would not do anything. Geek Squad got it running again & kept all my apps open & working. It took longer than I thought but I was so happy to have my computer, with all apps still active, back working that it was well worth the wait.

Every issue has been resolved quickly without a long time and time is given to me so that I may understand what they are doing if they have to go on the computer. Patient, professional, and very knowledgable. Well worth the expense and peace of mind

They are always extremly helpful. Had some issues with a new computer and they helped set everything up and explained everything to me. I like how they went out in to the store and helped me find the things I needed not just tell me where they were.

I was very happy that I purchased the Geek squad support. I had an issue with my laptop 3 days after buying it and they made sure they got to the issue as quickly as possible. They are very friendly and check in on the issue to make sure it was resolved.

I felt like all they wanted me to do was purchase stuff, like another antivirus software, $200. When they decided they had to wipe my laptop, if I wanted everything backed up it would be another $100. Then, when I looked at the backup, it was empty. So was I entirely satisfied .... no.

Updated a Microsoft update and my computer locked up. Tried everything to get it unlocked, but couldn't. Took in to Geek Squad and they were able to get everything back to normal. Only thing lost were photos, which I had already put on a flash drive.

While traveling out-of-state, I experienced "scareware" issues and was pleased with the service provided by the Geek Squad to address the problem. In addition, the local Geek Squad service had been outstanding with knowledgeable and courteous staff.

I have been a member of the Geek Squad Service for two years and they have helped with my computer twice once over the phone and one time I had to take my computer to them. Both services were courteous, professional and resulted in a repaired computer

This is the one thing you hope you never have to use but, it's great when you do. I took my desktop back due to problems. The technician went through the issues I was having and the unit was back at home by the date promised. Thank you Geek Squad.

I got the geek squad support because the Apple store is 45 minutes away. So I’d like to have physical support if needed for my iPhone and my laptop. So far when I have had a question they were there to answer and to show me if need be.

I got a virus on my laptop and Geek Squad had my computer cleaned up and ready to use within 2 days. Another place I used before had my computer for a week. They also helped me reset up my programs to make sure I was back in working order quickly.

Each and every time I go to Best Buy, I always have a great time, even if it'sjust walking around the store, viewing all the up-to-date merchandise. Geek Squad is my favorite place to hang-out. They are a great bunch of guy's. Can't wait to return.

WHEN I CAME IN TO HAVE MY GEEK SQUAD RE-INSTITUTED AND TO HAVE MY WEEB ROOT INTERNET SECURITY RENEWED AND INSTALLED...IT WAS PAINLESS AND I WAS SERVICED BY AVERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL YOUNG MAN. THE WHOLE EVENT WAS PAINLESS AND DONE QUICKLY!

I came in with my computer that had a virus. It took the technician 5 minutes to remove the virus and then he installed virus protection to prevent this from happening again. It was worth every cent. He was professional, friendly and so helpful!

Gabriel was terrific. He really knows his stuff! I needed to get Windows reinstalled and I was resigned to losing years worth of photos, but the Geeks didnt give up! They were able to save the photos and now my desktop runs like it is brand new.

My laptop had slowed to a complete stop. Took it to the Geek Squad. They found the problem - burnt out hard drive - and suggested replacement options. I got a new drive that is faster than the original. They even recovered and reloaded my saved files.

I went in to see the Geek Squad because my two HP computers were infected. I had approximately three visits to Best Buy. Each time I went in, the Agents were friendly, kind, professional and accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with them.

This is a great service plan! It paid for itself when my laptop fried its hard drive during software install. B.B. put a new drive in @ no cost to me. I highly recommend getting this or the longer plans if you are doing a repair to your computer.

When I purchased my new laptop, I forgot to check if it had a disc tray. It didn't and I was thinking I would have to buy a new compatible printer. The Geek squad gang helped me find an online site that I could download & use my currant printer.

Had a laptop with issues bought the service through geek squad and what a smart decision. Has been used a few times and other than a little wait on a walk in it went very smoothly. The staff have been very helpful. Would recommend.
