    The 24/7 support is a farce. I went on both the chat and phone call support for what should've been a 7 to 9 minute issue to resolve, but for the second time, I was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours before someone would even be able to talk in the queue. It's a joke support

    They tell you be back in a couple of hours to pick up your new PC then when you get there they act like you are nuts for being there and should know it takes days to set it up and then call you the next morning it is all ready to go, less than 24 hours since purchase.

    Nothing happens as promised

    I’ve tried to have two computers repaired. Neither was done as promised. I got multiple calls on each system from different Geek squad members. Each had a different idea on what was wrong and what was needed to get things fixed. Most worthless purchase I’ve ever made.

We can access your computer at no additional charge with your Geek Squad 24/7 support plan. Wait times for that service may vary during the day, but are generally shortest early in the morning or late at night.

      It's upsetting to hear that you were not provided with the backup in the time frames that were estimated. I could certainly understand your frustrations and we're disappointed to hear that one of our managers was acting this way!     Sucessful transfering all data to a new laptop

    My old laptop had problems and they were able to get both laptops operational and transfer all critical data to the new one without any problems. I would recommend them over any web based service. I was majorly scammed by them. This way you have control!

    Computer is slower and doesn't work as well.

    I took my Mac in to get cleaned and have any virus's removed. Since I got it back it is far slower and has trouble consistently opening photo's on my desktop. It takes forever to print anything. Not at all the level of quality I expected. Disappointed!!

    Cost 380.00 to get a new service contract because I was never notified tha is was up! Just like I never got notification that they were going to close my account because I hadn’t used it . I think BOTH are totally wrong and I am very upset!

    after waiting a week I was told "good news, your computer is ready". when I went to pick it up I was told(after waiting 20 minutes) that they could not fix it. terrible public relations and awful communications. not my kind of store

    Computer is great. Geek squad service contract is unusable to the point we’re going to attempt a full refund of this service contract next week. We hired a local IT service provider to straighten out our issues.

    They installed windows which is not working well. When l approached their store, they were defensive and did not solve the problem but instead indicated that they would charge me for re-installing windows.
