    can NEVER find online purchase at store

    I have had major issues every time I take a computer in, the purchase can never be located and usually takes 45 min to an hour to straighten things out so that I can have the service that I paid for.

    Did not fix the problem and was without computers for 4 days. Took to Apple Inc. and they found the viruses and fixed the computers in 2 hours. Best Buy Geek Squad wasted 4 days of lost productivity!!!

    If something could go wrong it did. required multiple trips. One trip alone was because they did not provide the plug. Then they lost the plug. it was a comedy of errors and extremely frustrating.

    I'm not any happy with the service.3 times back to the store and we have the same problem. Now they telling me I practically need replace my pc. If not working this time I d like my money back

I’d suggest heading over to www.geeksquad.com/chat to have a remote Agent log in and see if we can help get your computer fixed remotely, and save you a trip back to the store. From your description it sounds like there may be a hardware issue with your computer, however, which may require a trip back to the store in the end.

    I couldn't begin to utilize my laptop without the occasional help from the Geek Squad to lead me back to the real world from the messes my ignorance and goofs get me into--they are the BEST!

    It was only supposed to take 2 days. It took a week they didn’t call me I had to call them. I expected better service for the price I paid. Very disappointed in the service

    I have purchased the geek squad for my music system. But when I had issues installing they were charging for it and did not if ave any help even over the phone

    I did NOT want this automatically renewed, did NOT ask to have this done. Now I have the hassle of having to make a phone call to get the charge reversed. NOT HAPPY.

    Not acceptable resolution to my laptop issue. Took 5 days and diagnosed issue but told me at pickup that I needed to order part in order for repair to be made.

Please know that 24/7 Support provides Diagnostic Service, Virus Removal, Software and Hardware installation, among others. If the issue with your laptop was diagnosed as a hardware issue, cost of the necessary part would not be covered by your 24/7 plan.     Dropped my pc for warranty service on a failed hard drive. 2 weeks later still no PC and no ETA for when it will be repaired. The squad can’t provide any status

    Pretty much sold me a refurbished computer without my knowledge- these guys don’t fix anything they just diagnose that’s it- then it’s up to you

    I have had to return my laptop 4 times and it’s still not right! Waste of $360. I am failing a class because my laptop was not repaired right.

    Purchase the Geek Squad protection on my computer and it’s one is worst and low now and wanted to charge almost 600.00 to fix the other one
