    computer needed too many repairs

    After the warranty expired, the computer needed major repairs. It took weeks for the Geek Squad to get it corrected.

    Pleasantly surprised that GS was able to work around the fact that my Windows Password was deleted via a worm.

    The item that I brought in for repair would not open properly. I can get it to start by slapping the case.
