UnhappyPrinter not connected for wireless printing

I called 3 weeks after I got this geek squad and had it removed from my account. I was never able to get service. They said that it was removed. I received calls to look at my account and it is still there. PLEASE REMOVE THIS SERVICE> I DON"T WANT IT! Thank You Beatrice Gross

The GeekSquad agents were not able to find my purchase history. I called the number they gave me and no one was available to talk. Horrible.

Gods for helping get rid of those viruses on my computer

The people working at Geek Squad was amazing to me. Madison was super helpful when she was giving me options on what to do with my broken laptop. She gave me many options on what I could do, and offer me friendly service. She went beyond her way to provide excellent service to a customer. Especially, as a digital art student who always does their work on their laptop. Along with Sarvar, and Samim who also guided me along the way of the process. They also provided me with excellent service that helped me understand the geek squad warranty protection plan. Overall, I'm more than just satisfied with their help. By the end, my laptop was repaired and it was working just fine again

Daniel, the Geek Squad manager, took our initial phone call, and got us scheduled right away with an appointment to resolve an unexpected issue with a new purchase. Manny helped us at the desk and we were well received by both Manny and Daniel. They understood the work we’d put into setting up my dad’s computer while we were in town for the holidays, and found a resolution that worked better for us being here for a limited amount of time. This level of care and understanding was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to you both for your excellent service!

Travis and his associate did a fantastic job fishing wire and installing my speakers. Very thoughtful, minimal number of holes in the drywall, great set-up. When they finished hooking everything thing up, he took care of the settings on the receiver. I am very happy I called the Geek Squad to do this job. I will definitely call them again in a heartbeat if I need more work done.

We purchased a new computer from Best Buy and joined the Geek Squad to install it and upgrade our router so that we could stream movies. Martin B was the Geek Squad member who installed the new router in different locations through the house and he did a great job. We were streaming movies last night. Thank you Martin for doing such a good job and showing up on time it was a pleasure and Geek Squad is lucky to have you.
