They won't honor their warranty-Wasted money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Their brochure and website clearly state "We'll get your (TV) screen back to PRISTINE condition if your pixels start looking weird..." NOT TRUE! The dictionary defines pristine as "as new", "perfect", "in its original condition ". Best Buy won't cover pixels that are stuck on glowing bright white.

Computer is still in shop after a month.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dropped my computer off, before I headed up to school, on the 11th of August. It had some outer shell dents and dings that I wanted to be fixed. They gave me the initial estimated time of completion of the 30th of August. Once I gave them my device I received the order number and an email saying that they started working on it. After that, I have received no updates or information about my device. When I try to contact them and give them my service order number they say that it is not in their records.

Don't purchase the protection plan

Online Chat was horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I contacted Geek Squad using the online chat and it was horrible. The agent "Neil" kept me online and calling me for over an hour for what should have been literally 10 minutes. He was confused, and didn't know what the heck he was doing. For the monitors for your online chat personnel, you have some serious work to do.

Worst turn around for "fixing" anything!

They give it back to you just good enough to get you out of the store 3-4 weeks after you turned it in. The worst thing I have ever purchased was a geek squad plan. 100% not worth getting!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
