This is one of my best investments, not only for in store use, but with chat and phone support as well. They have been able to correct some problems that a computer only store could not correct. I plan to keep this great service.

I recently bought a new PC and decided to take the plunge not only with the warranty but with the Geek Squad 24/7 protection on all my Computers! These guys are patient and easy to work with for appointments! I highly recommend their services!

The Geek Squad 24/7 service is well worth the price. They set up my computer the same day I purchased it and the next day I had them set up a tablet; installing my programs as requested. The tablet we set up while I waited/shopped in the store.

I am grateful with the advice I received from the customer service representative who explained me about the advantages on getting the 3 year technical support. My All in one and my laptop had issues and were checked without any extra payment.

My laptop was having problems the cost of having it serviced one time was almost equivalent to the purchase of this service for a whole year... so totally have peace of mind for one year or you can choose more time for a bit of price increase..

I have not needed to call the geek squad for anything as yet. However knowing that they are at the beck and call 24 hours a day leaves me with peace of mind. Allowing me to focus on other things that matter like family time and other interactions with friends or just me time.

Our computer wasn’t working and we took it to Geek Squad to have it fixed. They were very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into buying anything. They presented us options they felt would benefit our computer. Super friendly and professional.

I have not had to use this yet. If and when I do have a problem, it will be far easier to deal with the Geek squad in person than on the phone. Also if item needs to be sent in for work, I can just bring it in the car rather than wrap it and ship.

My computer had a virus, even though I had purchased anti-vius products thru Best Buy. Couldn’t connect to internet. Took it in, and was fixed exactly when they said it would be. Saved me a lot of money. I thought I needed a new computer!!

I needed to replace my aging 500 gig hard drive for my MacBook Pro. The Geek Squad Represented gave me many options, based on price and my needs. The replacement hard drive was completed on time and my MacBook Pro runs like a new computer.

I am very pleased with the Geek Squad, they are professional and curtious. Have always done their best to fix any issue with my product including exchanging for a new one at no cost to me. The only issue I have is that sometimes to wait time for repair is a bit excessive.

I have had this service for several years. I would not be without the ability of the Geek Squad to help me in keeping my programs on the right track. I am on a fixed budget and this is one of the BEST BUYS I could get.. I am in reference to Geek Squad Services for my programs ..

With the cost of maintaining computers the this was the best investment I have ever made. Whatever is wrong, I can bring my computers and tablets to be worked to keep them operating as long as i can. Saves replacing a desktop every two years.

I do not usually purchase protection plans. I ended up having 2 issues with 2 different computers. Appointment made online. Brought my computer in. Within 2 hours all my problems solved both times. Very helpful, very friendly.

BB Geek Squad are awesome! They fixed my computer and removed all malware and viruses previously and I had NO more problems!!!! This time they helped me decide which service program was right for me and the enrollment was quick and easy!

I get warnings about viruses, but it is soon taken care of by Webroot. Then when a scam caller tried to force me to buy protection against the trojans, the Geek Squad reassured me that they were taking care of that kind of situation.

Everyone that has helped me has been friendly, courteous, and takes their time to ensure my issues are resolved. Even besides having a defective product, they helped me understand how to work my devices and troubleshoot on my own also.

I buy the Geek squad support not only for me but also my two daughters in college who are away from home. The service allows three different computers so if they have issues with there computers they can call Geek Squad to have it fixed.

For the most part the support is very good but it can depend on who you get at the counter when you go into a store. Like any service business, there are great technicians and there are some that just want to go home. Just ask for a different technician.

Recieved personal attention and was told everything in advance as to what they could do for my needs and how long it could take, it took less time to complete and the results are wonderful. I've been GEEKED and love it ! Snap Geek member
