It is so reassuring too know there is a place to go for tech help. The geek guys are patient with you especially when you don't speak " Tech Jargon". They can't fix everything (sometimes ancient equipment just needs to be replaced). but they do try hard.

Geek Squad is such a handy way to deal with my computer problems. I have never had trouble getting an appointment. I appreciate that I can call ahead to set up an appointment which saves time waiting in line at the store!

The Geek Squad, is the best thing for those of us that have technology issues. Any time I have problems with my computer, fitbit or phone they have fixed it quickly and have keep me calm. I love the Geek Squad.

This is a great purchase for the cost. I didn't think I would really need to use the service, but I did and the technician helped me clean up my computer. I'm so glad I had the coverage because I couldn't have done this on my own.

Without their help I don't know what I would have done. To be waited on immediately after entering the store was a tremendous help. To be able to leave the store with a functional computer was like having Christmas in May.

I can't really complain. $200 for a years coverage on my laptops. Peace of mind and both of them are in need of tweaks every now and then. Drop 'em off at Best Buy and they are done in a couple of days. I'll do this every year.

The service plan allowed me to get several issues fixed over the plan period at one low fee. The comfort in knowing your covered for issues is great. When I did need it, they provided timely, professional service.

It's great to have the Geek Squad available when you need them. I am so unefficient with computers and iPhones! And, they even come to the house to set up entertainment centers. This is truly a wonderful service.

System crashed during a windows 10 upgrade. The team backed up my files, upgraded the system to MS10 and added webroot antivirus. I am a happy customer. Those third party guys who said they can fix my system were very scary.

I had a problem with a laptop recently purchased from Best Buy. I called the Geek Squad, was given an appointment. I took the laptop in and within a short time the associate had my laptop running smoothly. I went home happy!!!
