Geek Squad installed my new tv, sound bar, & DVD player. They did a professional job, wires concealed nicely. Best Buy originally sent out a third party vendor which did a lousy fob, Geek Squad did a great job!

The service is very useful and helped me optimize 3 of my Laptops, saving me $$$. It would be a 5 star review but they did crash one of my harddrives that was acting up... I wish they would have stressed more the importance of paying them to do a full backup.

I lost the hard copy of benefits. Sales person was excellent. She made a duplicate copy and reviewed benefits. She wrote th 1-800 number on the receipt. I have an orange plastic envelope because it is also Vivint paperwork

When I have PC problems I am most grateful that I can walk in, speak to a technician and most often have my issue resolved then and there. Even when I have to leave it service is usually fast and problem solved.

If you have problems with your computer the Geek Squad is a great support service. If you make an appointment before you go to the store you will not have any trouble receiving prompt service. It was really worth the price!

Why I am taking the time to fill this out is sort of silly. I was happy with the service you provided and that is enough. Please do not send this again. Always liked best buy and bought several times over many many years

GEEK SQUAD support has saved my sanity so many times. They are helpful and friendly while being professional. Getting the 24/7 Support is one of the smartest things I've done, and the 3 year plan is an investment that saves.

Geek squad service is excellent, professional and prompt. I am and have been in the past very satisfied with the service I received. My computers are working with no issues since they were seen by the Geek squad members.

I did not want a wireless mouse at first because they were always a little slow to respond, but after talking with a store rep I decided to try one of the new ones and I love it. No more being tethered to the keyboard. Yeah.

My sales man was Joe and my geek squad appointment was with Ed...both went above and beyond....both did an awesome job and made sure I was all set and had everything I needed before I left the store... great job guys.....

Excellent online 800 assistance. Excellent Store Geek assistance. Couldn't bring my "all-in-one" to shop so Geek did as good as possible to answer. It's a blessing to have someone help me. Dislike Windows 10 but am trying.

the computer they sold us as new has had problems from day one. It was infected with numerous viruses which were resolved the first year. Now new ones aroused and we had to pay for a year of Geek Squad to fix it this time.

I have had great results from the Geek Squad. I have always gotten in very promptly. They fix any problems and do it in a very short period of time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for your computer problems.

Greek squad staff were so helpful getting my new lap top up and running. I'm not very tech savvy and was thankful staff took the time I needed to understand my lap top's functionality. Geek squad service is a must have.

I bought this for a friend's new machine because I knew she would need help with setup and would not be able to troubleshoot problems without help. I am way more savvy, but I have this plan for all of my computers, too.
