The geek squad provided good service, especially the first representative that set up my support service contract. I am a senior citizen and have a lot to learn about Windows 10 but the other techs that helped me were patient and assisted me well.

This was my first visit to the Geek squad after my laptop purchase. I needed updates and renewed my antivirus software. They over-delivered on speed of service, and everyone had a smile and friendly tone of voice.

Purchased when I bought my new computer. I took old computer in and had a new hard drive installed for just the cost of the hard drive. So I now have two good computers for virtually minimal cost for the second computer.

This was the second time that my computer froze during a Microsoft/Windows update. Brandon was able to restore the issue in little time. He was even willing to stay longer if needed even though the store was closing (9:PM)

My computer was slowing down and I had some virus issues so I decided to take it to the "Geek Squad" for help. They were able to fix all my issues: no more virus issues, computer much faster, and easier to access info.

I love my notebook and am very impressed with all its able to do. I'm still learning Windows 10; so, I am sure there's many more ways I will be pleased in the weeks to come. I was disappointed to find out, after the fact, that I could not play movies on it.

Will work on computer problems in store, on line, or for extra come to your home. Will fix current problem and check computer out of proper operation and updates. Have a problem or question they will fix it or answer it.

Good protection for my computers but the last 2 times I have had to wait or leave and return because who ever worked on it does not completely read the work order and does not fix all that I was there for. But Carlos to the rescue he fixed it

I had severe problems with my 6 year old MAC, brought it in, got the service contract for 2 years, and they fixed it for me right away.. Very pleased with the service provided and now I don't have to worry for 2 years.

The Geek Squad provides excellent service for computer issues. The techs are very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient in fixing problems, whether in my home or when I bring the computer to the Best Buy store.

The geek squad cleaned my computer. Then they combed it over a few days and got rid of any bugs and viruses. Love this service. It saved me and the squad members were polite and also helped answer additional questions.
