This is awesome. I wouldn't do without it. Anytime that I have trouble with my computer, I just call the geek squad, day or night it doesn't matter. This service is so worth the money. I wouldn't do without them.

I use the patchogue store geek squad service. the lead agent, Rich, is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable about all the products. He actually Listens and Cares about whatever you need. Rich is a problem solver!

Havent met a tech yet that didnt let me step away with a smile. Knowledgable and had a passion for their work. I will utalize this avenue with every opportunity as I know I am guaranteed great service.

I had an in home visit, for $50.00. The GEEK SQUAD tech was VERY helpful and patient. He explained many functions , showed me how to use them, and let me practice. There was no rush to finish in any particular time.

I am hesitant to give a complete review until I have used the Geek Squad more. I bought a year long plan. My initial thought was it was just a bit pricey but when your daily laptop has a furball things better move fast and the Geek Squad did

My computer was running slow. I had run some virus scans and still no change. I took it to the geek squad and Voila! it’s working much better. Who could ask for more? Well, I could, the price was rather steep-but less expensive than a new laptop.

Lino Farias was great! He sold me my Geek Squad service package, Microsoft Windows and Webroot. He loaded them all on my new computer. He was most helpful and I will request his help again and refer my friends!

It's so great to have people I trust to call on for help. I've made a few calls since purchasing a new lap top for help in navigating the new product and they are patient, professional, and easy to understand.

It took a little while but it was done. Of course they did not have charger and had to deliver...a little annoying since you have to make an appointment for everything! I would think you should improve on that.

A little tough to pay up front for an entire year...that was disappointing vs being able to pay for what you want. But once they got into the computer and failed hard drive, they did a great job...just pricey!!!

I am really glad I did this. They upgraded my computer and the difference is amazing. It's like having a new computer. They are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and handle customer service extremely well.

Geek Squad was able to recover the information on my computer and get it running again after it suffered the "Blue screen of Death". Windows was reinstalled and my information was reloaded onto the computer.

I have called on these folks several times and on all occasions have been treated with patience and care. All questions and issues were answered and solved. Unless you are a computer genius, this service is a must.

These guys are great. I don't know what I would have done without them. They fixed my old computer. They deleted many viruses and got my new computer up and running for me too. Very happy with my service!

Anytime I have a problem the Geek Squad gets it solved. I have had problems with my laptop and wireless printer working together and also had my computer lock up and they took over and found what was wrong.

I was having a problem with my getting into Edge with my laptop so I went to Best Buy's GRRK Squad to have it checked out. They had my laptop for a couple of days and they did an outstanding job fixing it.

We brought our computer in to be cleansed up and security put back on and well as help with getting our internet connection figured out and the guy was very helpful and patient and answered all our questions.
