Met with a computer technician for a problem I had with my computer. I was very impressed with the technician's knowledge. I bought coverage for a year because I felt that the service provided was excellent.

Wonderful customer service. I was very pleased with how they handled my purchase, demonstrated the product to me and installed my products into the laptop. They were very helpful in answering my questions.

Knowing that I have an excellent team of professionals who will resolve any issue I have with my computer, laptop or printer gives me peace of mind, especially since I am not technically inclined.

We have had Geek Squad support for several years and feel it is a good investment. We can get our questions answered quickly and are confident with the care given when our computer is given a diagnostic check.

Wasn't sure when I signed up that it would be a useful service but it has proved very useful. Don't need very often, but when I had a problem to solve, they gave very good, professional service.

I know almost nothing about removing viruses and how a PC works after over 10 years as a Mac user. Now I know I can take my new laptop to Best Buy for virus removal and optimization whenever it needs a check up!

This was suggested by the Geek Squad staff member. I had no idea that Best Buy offered this service which is practical for my needs. As I see it, 24/7 support for 1 year is a win/win situation. Thank you!

We have brought in both of our laptops and have been very satisfied with the work. We recently left our desktop with them to have them check it all over to be sure it is in good working condition.

Any time someone can recover months and months of documents, church photos, irreplaceable Retreat pictures...and other stored-my-life-on-my-notebook stuff...they become my hero...Geek Squad, you qualify!

The Geek squad was very helpful, courteous, and efficient when I had a problem with malware in my new computer. They cleaned it out and installed Webroot for future protection. I’ve had no problems since then.

Not ignorant about computers but sometimes just don't have the time to mess with it.. Great to leave with the Squad and pick up later. Have never had a problem with any of the techs or their solutions.

I'm not very good with solving the computer problems that pop up from time to time so I was pleasantly surprised that the service I received from the geek squad was explained in a way that was easy to grasp.

Needed service on my PC, and this one year - 24/7 support was only slightly more than my service was going to cost. And it's good for up to three devices for a year. Already used it on my wife's laptop too.

The in store helped with my return of a hp that had crashed after only 16 hours of owning it. He recommended I just return it and assisted in getting something that would actually do what I needed it to do

Have been happy with This product so far that protects my computer. Been hacked previously and needed consistent protection. So far this software is working. I will renew my contract soon with this program.

I've not used the services of the Greek Squad on the past but very much appreciate their help as I purchased my Surface Pro. They are very knowledgeable and the peace of mind is worth more than the cost.

With this program, we had the Geek Squad set up our computer system, and clean our old computer for donation. We did have trouble with the Geek Squad phone system, and we wound up having Dell replace the monitor with the defective stand.
