This service has been great support. Going from Windows 7 to new Windows 10 has been a tremendous challenge. The Geek Squad has enabled me to do everything I’ve needed to do while learning the differences.

Chad took my computer with the problem and explained how it could be fixed. He then said they could give me help, if needed, later on. When I got my computer back, it works great and I am very happy customer.

Very good for a non gamer person .Plenty of space to do all my e-mails ,face book and thousands of pictures . Looking to use this computer for many years as it will be serviced by the Best Buy boy's. thanks .

Feel like I have an expert friend nearby to help me with computer issues. Also when I purchased were great in installing programs. So far good internet security with the Webroot Secure Program included.

I have become dependent on the Geek Squad! They are always able to answer my question in person or by phone and are experts at diagnostics! I don't know how these people are paid but it can't be enough!

Easy to use the service, with being able to do tech support at home or bring my laptop into the store if needed. I have been in a couple times for help with set up and data transfer and the guys were great!

Had a virus on my computer. The Geek groupsaid it would take a week to fix the problem. They actually had it back to me in three days. Works great, highly recommended them for your computer problems.

Bought this with my new Dell Laptop. Covers tech support and installation of the SSD that I wanted to upgrade to. The GS if Flagstaff and Phoenix have been patient with my questions and of great assistance!

It is good to know you get the support when you need it. I like it because it works for all stores and they customer service is very good. Had an issue and got it resolved in less than 1 hour

My new All in One desktop PC needed service at 3 months. Software issue... so no warrantee. Had to purchase GeekSquad to avoid higher cost to repair. (They had to revert back to original factory settings)

The Geek Squad has cleaned out two of our laptops already and our machines are moving faster than ever. Our kids now get to do their homework at our home desktop thanks to the geek squad removing the virus.

Best to go into the store because good luck on the phone. I have had good luck with our sound system but not yet have had to use them for the new computers. I will recommend letting them know about the horrible phone customer service.

Helped me immediately to transfer all my date from my old computer to this one. Appear to be very knowledgeable. Having the ease of mind if there are any computer problems they are a phone call away.

I immediately made up of my plan by having the G Squad set up my new computer for me. They have been great about answering questions and helping me over the phone or bringing in a computer for assistance.

Both Mac and Mark were excellent reps for this Best buy. We brought our laptop in and they took great care of us. we bought the geek squad package and trend anti virus. they cleaned up my laptop also.
