The Geeks ate very good. I spent hours on the phone with them eventually talking to supervisors with everyone apologizing for not finding the problem right away. Everyone was sooooo heloful

I know as much about computers as the other guy. But today's virus are more sophisticated and damaging then the ones from previous years. It take an expert to locate and remove them. They did a great job.

Honestly I have never paid to have extended support in the past but with all the features of my new laptop I want to be sure and get help when I need it. No problerms so far and hope to keep it that way

Bought a new laptop and had Geek Squad set it up and transfer everything from my old one and install office and security. Gives me great comfort to get it done right. Best deal was for a 1-year support.

I will never be without Geek Squad protection. I have used this for both my laptops and other electronics, every problem I have brought to them has been solved. These people are the best.

Geek Squad did a great job updating and optimizing my 2 old PCs. They had to work hard on them, and it took a couple of trips, but now they work beautifully. Kudos to you guys for your calm patience!

A protection plan for your computer is a wise thing to get, just in case you mess-up again. It helps to know that in case something goes wrong the Geek Squad will fix it for free within this time period.

If you bought an electronic or device, it is highly advisable you buy any of this protections. I blamed myself for not doing that for my laptop when I bought it. Now I bought it for over 4x the price after it developed a fault.

Geek Square has great customer service and are very knowledgeable. They help answer everyone of my questions patiently no matter how it may sound. They stand behind a very helpful and professional demeanor when you may need a repair

Everything works fine There were a few problems for the Geek Squad and they had to send it to the manufacturer but it came back within the time frame they told me . And thanks for great service.

Love this service contract. My tvs are smarter than me and when I have an issue I just call and they come and fix it. So glad I purchased this contract. Will.purchase again when it expires

I always attempt to solve technical problems myself in any way I can, but when the problems are impossible I then call the Geek Squad to bail me out. And they always do. Bravo to the intrepid Geeks!

They were fast and courteous and I got my computer back, fixed and ready to my church bulletin. I would recommend them to others. So far I have had no problems since they repaired by 6-yr computer.

The Sony OLED television has the clearest, sharpest picture. I am very happy with my choice of TV. The Geek Squad did a wonderful job installing it in my home and making it easy to click and watch.

The customer service member took the time to learn what was wrong with my Mac book and offered choices of plans to fix and protect my laptop. He was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Today, I came in because of a new issue with a different laptop. Just like the time I brought in a different laptop with a different issue, the Geek Squad rapidly and completely fixed everything.

My computer would not connect to the internet and was running slow. I took it to the Geek Squad and got the annual protection. They had my computer fixed and ready for pick up 2 days early. Very happy!

I needed help with my computer. Got that and more. My wife's computer had many viruses that were removed. My youngest grandson has a computer that was running slow. All three computers were cleaned up and returned in a timely manner.
