When we brought in our desktop to find out what problems it had,Tyler was the guy who talked to us. He seemed to know a lot about computers and we felt confident he knew what he was doing.

It has been well worth the money, and a life saver. If it hadn’t been for them I would how spent a ton of money on repairs and also they are someone you can trust. Thanks Geek Squad

It's wonderful to have peace of mind with the service agreement for my computer and tablet. I can get tune ups and glitches fixed and possible viruses corrected because of having the coverage.

The geek squad support is very helpful. They help figure out what is going on when you have issues with your device. Nice to be able to call or bring it in and get assistance to correct the issue.

Kenneth at the Simsbury store is personable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me work my way through a number of tech problems. I cannot say enough good about the service I received!

We had a quick and positive response from the Geek Squad when our Surface Pro Keyboard decided not to work. It was Saturday and my wife was traveling on Monday. The problem was resolved. All went well thanks to the Geek Squad.

The 24/7 Geek Squad service and support contract would be a good deal if it only covered one computer, but it covers three computers! It should be considered essential to all Best Buy customers.

Only needed the geek squad once. It was a minor question, but they were very professional ( non-condescending ) not being very computer literate, felt it would be worth my money for the year.

I have had Geek Squad protection Plan since I got my computer and I just renewed it again for two more years. Each year I bring in my computer and get it cleaned up and working great again.
