They seem to do a good job. The store I normally go to (Rogers AR) is VERY fast. They usually have my items ready within a few hours and on one occasion, had it ready within about 30 minutes.

I was hacked so they first fixed my computer cleaned it up and gave good advice and then I called them from home my computer and printer lost connection so they fixed it for over the phone

Excellent computer. The Apple MacBook Pro is much easier to use than any Microsoft operating system. It is almost "intuitive". So far it has been trouble free. And viruses have not been A problem.

This has been the best purchase. I have had the Geek Squad work on 2 of my computers so far. Fixed all the problems and I love that I can have them clean up and download items at anytime.

I'd like to personally thank the individual who helped us through the process. It was a smart UC Merced student who helped us work through all our issues and options. Give that man a raise!

Geek squad is always there to assist with my laptop questions. I bought this one year service and it just expired. I called them a few times with questions. Excellent service.

I got a new computer and got this coverage never really thinking I would need it or use it.. But I have used it several times due to my 'ignorance' and they have been great....

I was about to be scammed when I took my computer to Best Buy. The man who waited on me from Geek Squad was very comforting when he told me not to stress and he would take care of this.

Having 24/7 support is a no brainer. Just had them at my house and they solved several problems we have been having with ipads and printer. It was worth every penny we spent on it.

This has been the worst service experience I've had... hands down, bar none the worst service ever. They had my computer for 10 days (guaranteed I'd have it back in 5), brought it home to find that nothing had been done and it still wasn't working. After much back & forth with the manager, I brought it back in. They guaranteed a 2-3 day turnaround, and I'm picking it up today (7 days later). Of course, I wouldn't have known that it was ready to pick up, because NOBODY CALLED ME... AT ANY POINT during this process. I've had to take it into the store, call them to follow up, pick up the pc, call them again, take the pc back in... and on and on. The tech who told me, finally, that it's ready said that I need to go online to make an appt to pick up my computer. Their site was down so I called. To add insult to injury, the phone rang for 5 minutes before anyone answered; they put me on hold and then hung up on me after another 10 minutes. Thank goodness I paid Best Buy $200 for the privilege of being treated this way. Never again!!!

Geek Squad discovered the original software in my new computer was flawed. They restored my computer & it works as it should. They answered my questions with courtesy & were informative.

They are great at what they do. They were able to determine the problem with my computer and fix it in a timely manner. They're the ones I would go to for help with my electronics.

My computer had become infected by a virus and would not log-on. I went to the only place I have trusted--The Geek Squad. They installed a New D-drive, down-loaded new virus protection.

Setting an appointment was easy, and relatively timely. The software install went well, they answered my questions and the 24/7 will service multiple devices for software issues, perfect!

after making an appointment i got to the store and was seeing an agent in a matter of of minutes. problem was discussed and a solution was set in place. very helpful and informative agents.

Had 10:00 am appointment to pick up my new computer. Geek Squad member had me out of there by 10:30. Explained several things to me about Windows 10 and answered the questions I had.
