Love having Geek Squad support. Any day any given time I can contact them and they scan my PC and diagnose it for any updates errors or viruses and address the issues and resolve them!

I'm grateful to being able to buy a computer and just turn it over to people who can load up all the programs and get it working just the way I like it. It saves everyone a lot of time.

Geek Sqd did a very good upgrade on my laptop and now going to use them again for software desktop upgrade. I valued the bundle package as we have 4 computers (desktop and 3 laptops).

I bought the ! year plan of Geek Squad Support. Called about one problem so far and got excellent help. Very friendly, knowledgable, and resolved problem quickly!! It's worth the money!!

Well first off I just bought this computer, Then I had to return and have Geek Squad fix it which cost me more, (should have been free) but they got it fixed and it works great now.

My son's gaming computer had a virus. I took it to the location in Cerritos and Geek Squad fixed it. It was also ready for pick up earlier than stated. Customer service was fantastic.
