The service came with my device and it did speed up my process for use. However i do wish they would ask me about what "extra" things I would like to have removed before I left.

Removed all viruses, backed up hard drive, reinstalled operating system and new malware protection app. Fast and reasonable service. Also excellent advice a month later from the Geek Squad.

We had two Dell laptops that upgraded to Win10 and promptly stopped working at all well -- long, LONG delays in doing anything, failures to update, etc. Geek Squad got both running smoothly just as they promised.

Every time we have had to use the geek squad they have been very professional and answered all our questions. Also have fixed our computer every time. Wonderful service

The Geek Squad coverage turns out to be a pretty good deal; especially since it covers several computers. Even if you don't have problems (which is remote) you can still take advantage of cleanings and upgrades.

They always have good quality stuff and people that are knowledgeable selling their products to customers. They stand behind what they sell and you know that before you buy anything.

As long as I was able to speak to someone at the store of purchase, the service was excellent. But, otherwise, speaking to someone in another country was painful and not helpful.

I like having both of my computers protected and the ability to take them in for a checkup whenever l feel there is a need. Also get the internet security as part of the contract.

We have used this program offered from the Geek Squad in the past. It has been very helpful when any problems arise. Highly recommended esp those that do not understand computers.

A full protection package that not only covers 3 systems, but gives me a great deal of piece of mind. Communication is prompt and personable by phone and email. Definitely worth it!

Things change so quickly in tech world it’s hard to keep up. These guys are great at bring ya up to speed, answer questions...they don’t make you feel dumb for asking!

The diagnosis was probably accurate, however, based on the number of bad laptops which Best Buy sold, should never have been available for sale.

I was having problems with my computer and brought it to the Best Buy geek squad. They fixed the problem in store and was able to pick it up before we left on our business trip.

Very knowledgeable person, and went far beyond what was excepted. they made sure I had the basis learned and sent me email after they left. I was very please w/ the house call~

I love it and would recommend it to anyone who's not the best self taught computer tech. They are able to install programs for you and check for virus without you having to take your computer into the store!

I make all my electronic purchases at Best Buy because of the wonderful Geek Squad Technicians they always produce a 100% result ant their appliance warranties are great also.

The Geek Squad did what they promised to do. They ran a backup before they started working which is why I came to Best Buy. My last tech didn’t backup before starting the work.

Love the larger screen and that it is a 2 in 1. First time I have had a computer like this Geek Squad helped me set it up and helped when I had a problem and was solved quickly

Not a good idea to schedule multiple people at the same time especially if thete is only one staff person available to help customers. They are Very helpful and friendly staff.
