Enjoying my new laptop. I’m just learning about how to use this. A lot different things in this one compared to my old one. I’ll be taking advantage of geek squad for help!

We had 2 laptops and a tablet brought in at the same time, expecting at least two to be dead, but they had all 3 working in two days' time. They're still working great too!

I love the geek squad you can take your laptop in and have it serviced and if you don’t understand anything they are patient with seniors lol. I highly recommend

I went in with a computer that I purchased there with an expired warranty. They broke the news to me about the warranty and still handled everything for me anyway. Very nice people.

Most of the folks on the store Have been very helpful when I brought my computer in for a fix to a problem. (One left me with the impression I was an inconvenience for him to have to help.) The only reason for only 3 stars is that it has been in the store about 6 times, including 2 being shipped out for repairs and I have been online 3other times. All of these for the same problem. I just got it back from the latest repair and, since the problem is time based, I’m still not sure if it’s right this time. Hopefully all is finally OK. You know what they 9th times a charm.

The Geeks have removed problems for me on several occasions on all my computers. They recently set up my new laptop and installed Webroot. This was to replace my old laptop.

I had attempted to install a Microsoft Windows 10 update without success. Two calls to Microsoft tech support resulted in Microsoft hanging up on me - TWICE. The result was that Microsoft's efforts to fix the update issue caused my keyboard and mouse to stop functioning. It took a few weeks and two extra trips to Best Buy before the Geek Squad decided to just wipe the hard drive and re-install Windows 10. The e-mail notification process (that the work was completed) needs work - it caused me to make two trips to my local store that were wasted because my system was not ready.

Can't beat it for the price and the protection and security i feel from having geek squad to answer questions and repair the pc if i mess it up, make's the computer fun

I never purchased this stuff before but it was well worth the money. It was completed in one day with everything done! Unless you really know what you are doing, just get this!

Saved me hours of reentering data, thank you. Spent time with me to explain what had been done to fix my laptop & also what I could do to avoid that situation in the future.

The technician was able to solve my problems and explain how to prevent future issues. He spent a lot of time helping me and recommended an external hard drive for me.
