I love that I can call in and have them fix my computer without taking it anywhere. Our closest Best Buy is 2 hours away, so this is really important to us.

The Geek Squad agent was very prompt to help me when I walked in Best Buy,he explained me the all process on how to fix my laptop and give me a better protection plan.

Geek Squad Support has been quite useful with my son's laptop. Service is usually fast and technicians take the time listen, explain, and answer questions without making you feel inferior or rushed.

I've had two occasions to call Geek Squad for help. Both times they were extremely knowledgeable and resolved the problems quickly. I would never be without them!

I prefer fingerless gloves so I usually don't have an issue manipulating my iPhone but for my niece she wanted them and is very happy with the look of them and the way they work.

DO NOT RELY ON EXCEPTING OR BUYING THE INSURANCE. I USED IT AND I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE CLERK. I FIND USING THE GEEK SQUAD EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND YOU TALK ONE-ON-ONE.

The Lenovo yoga computer is excellent. Visually,the detail the screen has is stunning. I also like the way it can turn into a tablet. I would highly recommend this computer.

LOVE THE AUTO FEED AND TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY. NEED TO SET UP WIFI NOT DONE YET. HAVE TO PLUG IN CABLE TO PRINT, I'M 77 COMP SAVVY AND HAVE TO CALL TECH SUPPORT FOR THAT.

The geek squad did a great job in a timely manner. They replaced my hard drive and did it in a day less than they stated even thoughg it was a very busy time of year.
