My hard drive had locked up so I had to take to the Best Buy team to restore and save my data. They did and were super nice about it. Very professional team.

A bit pricey but when I found out it covered up to 3 devices it allowed me to get the 2 computers I was replacing fixed by adding plan to my new computer which was a pleasant surprise
