Everyone I have dealt with at Geek Squad have been great!! All have been very helpful, explaining different options and don't push you into things you don't need just to make a sale.

Purchased their protection plan for my mother who is returning to school and isn’t the most technologically sophisticated. The team is patient in working through her many questions.

Scheduled geek squad installation of a new LED TV on a bedroom wall in our home and they were professional, clean and quick! I can't recommend their services enough!

Quality and quick work though online/telephone communication could have been better. I thought the service was a bit expensive (but this is Hawaii, so probably normal for the area).

Repaired my computer on time as promised, and then explained the repairs and made sure I didn't have any other questions! Technician was easy to talk to.
