Over the past 7 years we have needed the help of the Geek Squad for several different issues. They have always been, fast, efficient, and friendly.

The tech support was amazing they treated me like a customer . Answered all my questions and took so much off my mind and explained it in simple terms

The folks in the store were quick to figure out what was wrong with our laptop. When we bought our desktop computer we took the Tech's recommendation.

Had no problems checking in. Tech asked few questions on what was wrong. Powered up found it was going to take more than could be done at counter.

The Geek Squad personnel provided excellent service and performed updates of my computer. They explained the updates to me in a matter I could use.

I can only review their initial service which was a good experience. They were highly recommended. They are patient and take time to explain the problems and describe the work.

I needed my computer wiped clean and a reinstall with virus protection. I think that service price is high for what you get. I was a bit frustrated to come in for my pick up appointment to find that my the service wasn't completed. I didn't receive a call to let me know that it wouldn't be ready so making another trip was irritating. I am also very disappointed in the team being completely unavailable unless you make an appointment. It is a special trip for me to come to the store and that is frustrating.

It is a great deal $199 for a year tech support you will save a fortune by having this coverage should anything go wrong with one of your devices

Computer got Blue Screen of Death, purchased one year service plan with GeekSquad who rebuilt drive and installed WebRoot. Fast repair. All good.

Had major PC issues. Took a few days, but all were fixed. Staff took care to save all my files, but needed to re-load some aps. Service was not cheap, but got the job done!

Geek squad fixed one of my problems, but it has returned and is worse. My internet freezes and has to be forced to close, and explorer stops working every few minutes.i

It seems to be a good value for the money, although I wish that the technicians were more accessible to sit and talk with one, rather than just dropping off your computer.
