they are great help whether in person or on the phone. they are knowledgeable, friend and patient. i love them! could not make it without them.

Was not sure of complete data recovery but that is what I received. Had to reload all my software. They had my unit for about 1 week before return.

Old hard drive quit; new HD appeared to be OK, but would not work with Win7. Took it back and Geeks installed Win10. Works very smoothly now.
