I am not well versed on the computer so I really need the help of the Geek Squad. I had them out to set up every thing for me. Now I need them when things so wrong.

Very professional young man came to my house to work on my computer. Was able to complete the repair and put us back in business in record time!

I had my laptop crash and got a desktop as a backup saved me a lot on labor for the laptop repair as the protection can cover up to 3 devices.

Knowing Geek Squad to on board 24 by 7 really is a nice service. We may not use it but just in case something does happen they’ll be there.

I don’t have any need for Geek Squad for technical help; however I do buy the warranty for big ticket items. It has paid off more than once.

I am not really tech savy so Geek squad folks keep my notebook updated and trouble free.

they fixed my computer it took a couple of tries but it is fixed and works great! the people were very friendly and showed me what they did.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who doesn't take the time to setup NEW devices that require protection so the option to leave the laptop overnight was a big help!

The computer is great and has all up-to-date programs. Having Geek Squad Protection (I have used them in the past and they are amazing!!!)
