I an very pleased with the support and service that I receive from Geek Squad. I always take my electronics to Best Buy in Culver City.

my desktop comuter was full of malware and spyware. The Geek Squad removed all of that and got me up and running again smoothly.

Geek squad service came in handy when I had trouble with the wireless keyboard. They were able to fix it right away and were able to answer all my other questions!

I really appreciated them showing me how to add games to my laptop, adjust some of the features on my TV, & Answer my questions.

Geek squad personnel are professional and courteous. They were also able to do all the upgrades and security in a cost effective manner.

Whether I use this or not, it's nice to have after warranty has expired. If you have the plus protection, you are able to get discounted services on another pc.
