Great service. Just wish paying for the annual 24/7 service meant you didn't fall into the same 5-day queue as everyone who doesn't pay for the service.

The only think I dislike is you have to make an appointment. It makes sense but it's hard for me to pinpoint a time to be there.

I purchased the Geek Squad computer support program for two years and had a fix of my computer's Windows 10 program. Problem fixed!

They did do a good job of cleaning up the computer, but I am currently having issues with the USB ports to which I am taking it back for them to service it.

It was a problem that required to have to clean the hard drive. Best Buy was able to save some of my files. Having a warranty for two years is comforting.
