I have luckily only needed to use this service once, and thank god for that. It was such a hassle and inconvenience to have to endure before I even got to the point of getting my situation addressed. When I pay as much as I did for this service, I dont expect it to be so painful that I would rather pay out of pocket than utilize a service I have already paid for.....Then again maybe that is exactly what they are hoping for??

The service is good, no great. Different levels of technician skills. The work is slow at times, but better that than a rush job.

I was working with two of the Geek Squad workers for about a week, and they were very professional and went out of their way to help. But then another guy stepped in who wanted to show his authority and control. He was very rude and had no intention of actually helping me. In my opinion this man should be fired. For this reason I am only giving this store a 3. If it wasn't for the rude employee, I would have given 5 stars.
