My computer recently stopped working during the weekend, I didn't have coverage on it and to get it fixed would of been $100. The guy talked me into getting the geek squad support which was $200 and the service also came with a virus protection. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase because I saved a lot of money and the tech did a great job fixing my computer in a timely fashion.
